Justin M.My heater started acting really weird and not firing after being ran through a cycle. I called around, and most of the people that were recommended on Facebook didn't answer the phone or were unable to give me a reliable time on when they would get there. I called Erik, he called me right back told me he'd be there at 2 and he was there early. He diagnosed my kerosene heater, figured out what it needed(needed the whole head replaced for the most part). Then he called around to try to find the head, naturally it was unavailable in st albans or ridiculously priced. So he replaced the computer and the pump. Solved the problem, along with putting up with my dog that doesn't like strangers usually(but he liked him), and my daughter that wanted to get as close to him as possible to see what he was doing. Very reasonably priced, and reliable. 100% will use again and HIGHLY recommended!
