I have participated in the construction of the Atlantis Towers in the Bahamas and have provided maintenance for hotels in Las Vegas and Orange County, California. I have also worked as a civilian contractor for the armed forces. I have years of experience in property management and kitchen and bathroom rehab, with a specialty in tenant improvements for commercial and retail environments, including restaurants. I have contributed to projects such as Long Horn Steakhouse, Famous Dave's, and See's Candies.

So I sent them packing and called AAA. Tony from AAA had to drag out not one but TWO snake machines, the second one so big he had to run it through the roof vent from the yard. The other company wanted $400 just to run a camera down that vent, and said they'd charge another $1,600 to bring in the big snake if the camera found the clog.
So .... $160 for the entire job vs. $2,099 for the entire job. Your choice. And if the job had been simple AAA would have charged less than the $99 big advertiser demanded as minimum payment.
