We had a double sink back up and Randy was able to reconfigure our line from the disposal and drain/P-trap. He also cleaned out the drainage line with a rotor rooter type of tool. He is experienced and professional (clean and had booties) and one of the politest persons I have met. He was trustworthy which is hard to find. He is thorough and will be honest without soaking you for the big bill nor being cheap and not fixing the issue. I would recommend and use him again.
