All I can say is Wow! I was panicked due to the new SAWS fine for over water usage and notice I had a water leak in my front yard meter. I contacted AAA Homes services and Andres contact me and scheduled immediately. Within less than 24 hours my water leak was repaired. Andres Ferdin was thorough about the job and came up with a great solution for a great cost! Highly recommended!

Although employee/contractor, Jason, was very professional having thoroughly answered all our questions, the business side of AAA, Roland and Zach, practice deceitfully. Having made my intentions of going through financing ABUNDANTLY clear, I was provided an estimate for a fireplace insert. I signed the estimate, a legal contract protecting everyone's interests and waited and waited for either Roland or Zach to contact me with further instruction. Having a 3 month deadline, a wedding in my home, to consider, I was eager to get thing rolling. I left messages with their secretary. Now with the wedding 5 weeks away, I have just received a call, from Jason, not Roland or Zach, informing me that AAA would not honor their contract, that I signed, as they forgot to add in financing charges of $1200 and siting they "would not make any money unless they did so." Financial adjustments so close to the wedding deadline are impossible. Poor communication and unprofessional business practices are a hard no for me and my home. Save for Jason, AAA is an unmitigated disappointment.

Called for service and Tiffany was able to schedule to have Jason come out in a timely manner. Had our chimney swept and inspected and so glad we did. We had several issues (possible fire hazards) Jason performed an excellent sweep and assessment of our fireplace including pictures and explanations! Very informative and we are extremely happy that we went with AAA. Very affordable for what was done! I would definitely recommend them and kudos to Jason.

They give fair prices with all the transparent options for the customers' benefit and don't overcharge or create extra work to charge you more plus do great work as well. They are people of their word! Great for those on budgets and have options for all needs!
