We needed a multi-purpose handyman. Just then, Robert Kirkwood's service turned up on Facebook Marketplace. We had some very complicated gutter work that needed to be figured out and solved. We needed a skylight created on the porch roof. Shrubbery had grown into our air conditioner. Well Robert (very polite and personable) gave us a very fair estimate. He and his assistant completed all the work to perfection and stayed withing his estimate. We plan to have him return for more skilled jobs soon. I cannot sing his praises highly enough and he - being relatively new to the area is a most welcome addition. He is also licensed and bonded.
