Oh. Where to start? Here's what I'm thinking. Suffice it to say that it may be worth to read all the 1-star reviews previously left for this company by many before me. Meh.

I had an AC unit installed by two of their employees and had an envelope with cash stolen from the top drawer of a small dresser. The owner told me I was a liar, screaming at me, and the men, who he ""trusts and believes"" told him I was in the room, my bedroom, the entire time. That was a lie. When I calmly tried to speak again, he hung up on me. I filed a police report!
They might be okay to buy fuel from..price wise.... but do not allow them to service or install anything inside your house. And expect really nasty customer service from the owner.

They ripped me off
Performed services that I did not authorize
Used my credit card without my prior authorization
And would not offer any accommodation.
The Owner just yelled ""See You In Court"" and hung the phone up!

Make sure you get a real estimate from these guys and in writing and you would think they were doctors at $110.00 per hour be cautious people and one other thing hope you dont have to deal with the owner or his wife not to pleasant

You will learn everything you need to know about this business by looking at the other reviewer Adam N's notes on his experience with them. Similar experience here. But worse.

Came to my house to look at the furnace and claimed that the heat exchanger was broken. Had second opinion and it turned out that the heat exchanger is fine and they installed an incorrect part. Very disappointed would not recommend.
