AAA Fix It Now

We called AAA Fix it Now because we have had a nightmare of a plumbing issue for the past week. A main sewage line stopped which caused a break in our kitchen pipes - had to deal with home warranty people as well as home owners insurance, clean out people, plumbers, and exterminators, all stemming from this one issue. No one could get it together so we called Steve w/ AAA Fix it Now and he came out that night and snaked our line at 8pm just so the other people could come back and finish their work the next morning. Of all the people we had to deal with Steve was by far the easiest, nicest, and most thorough! Not to mention his pricing was fair and he wasn't out to gouge his customers. Unfortunately I have to use other people to finish the job because of all of the companies involved but if I had my choice I'd have Steve do it all!

Fast, friendly, honest, and reliable. Those are just a few of the words to describe AAA Fix it now. Not only did they fix all the plumbing in my house, but he also helped organize all construction on my house. From the kitchen renovation
to putting hard wood floors through out my common areas in my home. Also gave me great advice on all purchases regarding Said construction. Whenever I have any minor or major fixing to do on my homes, Steve at AAA Fix it Now will be my only and last call!!!

We had the washing machine back up into the tub on a Sunday. Monday called Steve who called back within 10 minutes and scheduled for the same day. Very friendly, called 30 minutes before arrival, explained what he was doing and what he found and gave us a discount for being a new first customer. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Thanks, ""yelp peeps"", for your reviews about Steve. Because of the them, I choose him to fix a clog in my laundry sink. He did a great job and seemed to enjoy solving the problem. He even fixed a door that was stuck...........actually he came back to the house after he had left just to help me out with the door. Would definitely use him again and hightly recommend his services!

About 6 months ago, our main sewer line backed up and flooded our family room. After the restoration folks finished their job, Steve came over and cleared my line in no time at all. What no one could figure out was where the water was coming from. Steve went above and beyond the call of duty and came back to ""recreate"" the flood to make sure it wasn't in our walls. We figured it out and thank goodness it wasn't in the walls. He impressed us so much with his professionalism and thoroughness, we hired him to replace the flooring that was damaged by the flood. I now have a beautifully installed laminate floor in our family room. He's also rebuilt one of our toilet's internal mechanism (we had perpetual water running after flushing) and we are good to go.

Just a few days ago, my toilet started ""gurgling"" and I called Steve the next day - no way could I afford to have a flood again. He called back within 10 minutes, and we scheduled an appointment to snake the line. When the first snake didn't clear the line, he pulled out the big one and cleared it. I was relieved it was cleared, but know that he would have stayed until he figured out a solution, whatever it was.

It's hard to find honest, trustworthy, and affordable repair people and I'm elated that I've found a company I can count on when I have an emergency, or housefold projects that require a professional. If I could give more stars, I would!
