We had an emergency situation in which our basement drain was backing up. Rick promptly called back and was able to help us out after hours. He walked us through exactly what he was doing and even showed us camera footage as he ""augered"" clear out to the city main line. His cost was very reasonable and we even paid him extra for his prompt service. I would highly recommend Rick and his 40 years of experience.

AMAZING! Called on a Saturday morning, he was here within two hours(was emergency to us) kitchen and bathroom sinks completely clogged! He did his thing, was very polite and understanding and was out in less than 45 minutes. Sinks drain water faster than we have ever seen since living here!

Fantastic experience! Rick was amazing and blew my expectations out of the water. We had an initial issue with a clogged drain, and over the weekend had backups that caused water build up in our basement. Rick came out first thing and went above and beyond to solve the problem!

Rick was amazing, very nice and got the job done! We need to clean out our pipes and he came over right away even though he was busy. He worked on our drains for a good hour and made sure everything was good to go before he left. I recommend him to anyone!
