I used them to do a total replumb of my 1970's home as well as replace a galvanized main. I only had to call him once to get an estimate and had the estimate within 2 days of the first call. The job was completed within a week. He took great care no to make a mess of my walls, and the job was competed exactly when promised. He also took a look around to spot any upcoming issues, both plumbing and not plumbing. He presented the list with no sales pitch for more work. The price was great, the service was excellent.

go DO NOT GO WITH THEM. Tony and his """"crew"""" members came to our house to replace a water heater. When they first got here they insulted the $2000 water heater we bought and our brand new house that we just moved into. They took advantage of our situation (being new here, not knowing anyone) and overcharged us for their services ($150 for a dryer vent and $1000 for the installation) Turns out we didn't just get overcharged but they also did a horrible job. We were left with lukewarm water for months. We reached out to them but they blamed it on the water heater BRAND (which is top of the line). We had someone else finally look at it and he was shocked. They did MAJOR mistakes! Some of the mistakes were: 1. They mixed up the COLD AND HOT water lines which was the reason we didn't get any hot water. Keep in mind they came with 3 guys to do the job. NONE OF THEM NOTICED 2. Blocked the filter on top of water heater so we can't access it to replace the filter 3. Terrible pvc piping work, just lazy 4. No drain pan used which is standard 5. Pressure relief valve was installed on wrong line 6. Per Code it says they Must install a water hammer arrestor which they did not use Their responds was that they had a """"bad day"""". We obviously won't let them come in our house again so we are stuck to hire someone else to reinstall the whole water heater which is going to cost us a lot of money. We tried to get our money back but ended up settling in HIS FAVOR!
