I wish I could give them a zero for customer service. I called them yesterday afternoon around 4 when a pipe burst in our bathroom wall. We were told they would be with us first thing this morning. They called this morning to say it would then be 3-4 hours. When they didn't show then, we called them back at which time they added ANOTHER three hours. Now it is 2 PM and we still have no water and haven't had water since yesterday afternoon. Still no plumbers and no communication whatsoever. Do not hire these people. They are completely unreliable and they don't tell the truth. I just called another company and they're coming out immediately.

Jesus got here quickly and was respectful and knowledgeable. He did a great job unclogging system from a disposable toilet scrubbing pad that was dropped in the toilet and flushed, not on purpose. We are thankful for his help and highly recommend this company. We did have to wait in line but that's because all of their plumbers were on jobs. It was worth the wait. Don't go with anyone else. From what we've read of reviews and experienced, you'll probably regret it.

We have worked with AAA Auger on several occasions (old house). Their plumbers have always even professional and friendly. They have addressed the problem quickly, and offered tips to help prevent further problems. They are my go to in Fort Worth.

I had a great experience with AAA Auger Plumbing. I needed to get the fixtures in my tub/shower replaced. They came out for an estimate the same day and were reasonably priced for the work. The day they came out to do the work, it turned out the fixtures (which I had purchased on my own) were missing a part. We agreed to reschedule until I got the issue straighted out with the store. I got the fixtures switched out and Pete (who is amazing!) was able to come out that same day and do the installation. I will be using them again any time I need plumbing services.

I had this company AAA to come out and repair my bathtub and I had a problem again 2 Days Later and they wanted to charge me more money to repair my tub, after they gave me a written warranty, I'm very unsatisfied with the work they done and the guy that came out had no experience, and did not know what he was doing and when I call and talk to a supervisor he talk to me stupid, because I was a woman, but when my husband call he talked to him very nicely so I would not ever be using the service again, you want to keep telling me about how old my house is but experienced Plumbing Service can handle old house. I was better with a shade tree Plummer.

Have had issues for a plumber to come out five times for the past two years and my wife was taken advantage of by another company, called AAA Auger to come out and have had nothing but great service. I highly recommend Eric DeLeon, he is the only plumber I will allow to work on my home. He is very polite and professional and always leaves my home, not only providing me with quality service but also giving my family and I piece of mind knowing that the job was done right and I wasn't taken advantage of. They always call back asking about my service and they always have a warranty with their work. I receive letters and coupons reminding me of upcoming services needed on my home and discount offers on other services I may need in the future. I highly recommend this company if you need any work done on your home.

Not worth a crap! They came out a total of 5 times. The first time they gave us a receipt which stated their work was covered for 30 days so if we continued to have issues we could call them and they would come out at no charge. They decided not to honor that and never even fixed the problem. They said we may need an "expert". We called them because we thought they were experts. Awful company! Will never use again.

Had a positive experience with AAA Auger for a gas line repair on a commercial property. Note that AAA Auger has multiple locations - search for them near Irving, TX to find what may be their headquarters - many more reviews there. Turned out to be a major project, but they were out multiple times to do a lot of work and did the best they could on old pipes. Great communicators throughout the process, keeping me appraised of everything as I was managing the property and work from a distance. Always communicated prices up front, and they stuck to them. Advised me of the best courses of action anytime there was a challenge. Overall, I'm happy and I'd use them again!

Sadly typical hidden charges notified only after plumber arrived. Eg; called asked to snake clogged pipe. Was told a specific price. Upon arrival plumber without taking the top off the pipe cover said "I can tell u have a broken pipe so if the blade tip breaks you will have an additional charge of $112.00 and you will buy me a new one" I observed he had a dull blade and said, no I won't pay that. He said if I load everything back up you will still owe the service fee. I said load it up and I won't pay, that's the cost of doing business. He mumbled something and I said tell you what go buy a new blade then bring me the receipt and if that one breaks, give me the one that breaks so I can get reimbursed. If not get the hell off my property and I will file a police report for fraud, misrepresentation and extortion. He snaked it but only a tip to repent and service customers with respect and to make money in an honest manner. Call at your own risk. This is my factual experience ans not meant to harm but when talking about this company I received two neighbors opinions that we're not positive.
