We sprung a leak at the main line into the house on a Thursday night. Of all the 24/7 places, AAA answered. They got someone out here first thing in the morning and got us fixed right up. Which is a load of my mind, as we'll be out of the country for a few weeks. Will, state licensed journeyman, was professional and thorough. He also explained what he was doing and what was needed. I got a quote before the work started and I had to approve before and after. The dispatchers I talked to were also pleasant and professional. Excellent service and communication. Hard to find these days! And the work has a one year warranty.

If I could give Kent and his team at AAA 10 stars, I would! What started as a horrible experience turned into amazing! Kent called me and we talked and they came out and fixed what needed fixed.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service that was shown to us. I spent 5 years working in HVAC and so I am always happy to see this level of service in the trades.

I woke up to water leaking pretty heavily from my master bathroom down to my laundry room early this morning and I had to turn off the water. I called 4 plumbing companies that advertised themselves as Emergency 24/7 plumbers. AAA Auger was the only one that was responsive to my emergency and came out first thing this morning. The others offered me anywhere from Friday to Tuesday. Auger got the job done fast and for a very reasonable price.

I dont have alot of experience contacting plumbers, due to the fact that I havent had many issues in my home that werent solvable through a quick youtube video. I contacted AAA Auger due to the fact that I had a major leakage in the upstairs bathroom, the leakage was so bad that water had gone through the floorboards and it was dripping in the garage. I called AAA auger because of their website and their "Top of the line" service. FIrst of all the plumber walked in acting like he dident want to be their, when I told him about my issue he spoke to me like I was giving him such a hard project (It really wasent), and he overall had a terrible vibe with me. Eventually he fixed the leakage and he left, I paid him 130$ for his service. I woke up the next morning, entered my garage and It was a disaster. Their was water everywhere, the leakage was far worse than before. I then resorted to contact a family friend who then came over, he had plumbing experience and he gave me a temporary solution that worked and caused the leakage to stop. AAA Auger is the worst service I have ever experienced with a plumber or any service in my entire life. I request to everyone to not resort to contacting them, to this day I regret making that call and feeling talked down to by the plumber. they are ABSOLUTELEY TERRIBLE.

Dont make the same mistake I did, dont waste your time with this company. Contact any other plumbing company and I ensure they'll give you better service and results compared to AAA Auger.

Been experiencing low-water pressure throughout my house for several months and their outstanding technician "Adamson" came by and immediately identified my problem...exterior pressure valve. Also recommended a new water tank (15 years old) due to signs of rusting on the exterior, also replaced. Financed the new valve and water tank replacements through them (Synchrony Bank had several options to choose) with a 2-year no interest loan...GREAT! Thanks for your great response and service!
