Our water heater was not putting out hot water. We had to call CPS to shut off the gas. The next day AAA came by and took care of the vent pipe. Amerigo did an outstanding and professional job. He was outstanding, and a credit to his profession. I will highly recommend AAA and Amerigo.

I called AAA Auger on 10/15/22 to fix a leak I had in my yard. They started to dig and had my husband sign a paper saying that he agreed to $327.50 for two hour of exploring the leak. So after about an hour of digging to find the leak , he tell my husband he want the $327.50 because he could not find the leak in the yard, but he think he dug for two hours. He should have known what time he started if he expected to get paid by the hour. Well he didn't dig for two how because by ring doorbell showed what time he started. When we question him about it, he got upset and said, well I just leave and won't charge for this. At the same time, the water was coming out from on the side of house. I said, its obvious that the leak is right there. So he dug there and there was the leak. He said he was going to charge us $687.50 to fix the leak plus the $327.50 for finding the leak. I said, I am not going to pay that $327.50,I would pay the $687.50 because you did not find the leak, I did. We end up paying the $687.50 but he null and voided the warranty because I had a small bush on the side of the house. I wish I could add a picture of this baby bush, but I can't. I would never call these people again. I will say to you guys buyer be ware.

I had you all come to my many times throu the years. I have always had wonderful service and today Max #62, and Chris came to help with a water leak. They were so good and they told me it was on saws property. So I was not charged, I told them they were my angels.

We sprung a leak at the main line into the house on a Thursday night. Of all the 24/7 places, AAA answered. They got someone out here first thing in the morning and got us fixed right up. Which is a load of my mind, as we'll be out of the country for a few weeks. Will, state licensed journeyman, was professional and thorough. He also explained what he was doing and what was needed. I got a quote before the work started and I had to approve before and after. The dispatchers I talked to were also pleasant and professional. Excellent service and communication. Hard to find these days! And the work has a one year warranty.

If I could give Kent and his team at AAA 10 stars, I would! What started as a horrible experience turned into amazing! Kent called me and we talked and they came out and fixed what needed fixed.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service that was shown to us. I spent 5 years working in HVAC and so I am always happy to see this level of service in the trades.
