I cannot express how grateful I am to Jaime Smith and his assistant Javier for the incredible job they did at my mom's home when she had a plumbing emergency a few days ago. AAA Auger responded immediately. Jaime took his time to assess the situation thoroughly and explain in precise detail not only the problem but also its root cause. He is a gifted and very intelligent Master Plumber with a solutions driven mindset and we could not have asked for anyone more knowledgeable, respectful, and customer service oriented to assist during this very challenging time. Since my mother and I do not live in the same city, Jaime got on the phone with me and texted me pictures of the broken pipe from her home so I could understand the situation more clearly and he was very patient and calm in explaining to us the options and giving his expert opinion on how to proceed. An extensive re-routing of the pipe was the recommended solution but because my mother was not comfortable with such an invasive and expensive process, Jaime came up with a fantastic alternative that was localized, non-invasive, and thousands of dollars less expensive. He worked diligently to ensure it would be a successful outcome. Javier who worked alongside him was very helpful and did a great job. They worked very well as a team and did a very thorough job of cleaning up afterwards. Jaime is truly an asset to the company and I must add that I don't think going forward my mom is going to want anyone but him to do plumbing work at her house! We'd also like to thank Jayson and Rudy who came out the day before to work on a separate pipe leak and who did a very good job taking care of the issue professionally and compassionately. Truly amazing service all around.

My pressure control valve outside gave out after 11 years, cutting off the water supply to my house. Called them based on Yelp reviews and past experience. Was told 20 minute show time and arrived in 20 minutes. Got to work right away after I accepted the quote. Got a temporary repair going to restore my water supply because he didn't have the correct PCV in his vehicle. Told me he'd be back in 48 hrs to install the correct one. No biggie I told
I was happy with the emergency response time and his emergency repair and had the luxury of waiting for his return. He was uniformed and polite. I have used AAA Auger before several times to replace bibs and internal shower faucets and that sort of thing. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars was because he didn't have the part needed and has to return to complete the job. They got me out of a big jam this time and will continue to use them in the future for my plumbing issues.

Very disappointed. They charged $450 to replace a wax ring on a toilet! They claim that there is no extra charge for night and weekend service, and that they charge by the job, not by the hour. There's no way a wax ring replacement costs $450 - I think they took advantage of the fact that my wife was the one that called for service. I've tried for a week now to get a manager to call me about this outrageous pricing, and nobody has called me yet. Stay away from AAA!

Update: The owner of AAA Auger contacted me after my review and worked with me to resolve my complaint. He said that the plumber was new, and definitely overcharged me. Because of this customer service, I'm updating my review from 1 star to 3.

Our 50 gallon gas water heater went out Saturday. Sunday afternoon I started looking for someone to come and see about fixing it. This company offered a free service call and didn't charge extra for Sunday. Well, I know why now!! Dezi came and was very polite and professional, except.......he flat out lied to us. Our water heater is only about 4 1/2 years old. He told us that the company had gone out of business and parts were not available! NOT ONCE did he even touch the water heater! Then he gave us a $1900 estimate for replacement. Needless to say, I didn't have an extra $1900 just burning up my bank account. We texted a picture of the data plate to my son (who just happens to be overseas!) and by this morning we had an appointment with another company, who does warranty work for this brand. As far as the company being out of business, I heard the man who repaired it talk on speaker phone to the tech at the company for confirmation of the part being under warranty. I have NEVER felt so taken in my natural born life! The only good thing is that I didn't have to pay for the service call to have some one attempt to rip me off! I will NEVER recommend this company!!!

Jayson Thank you for your excellent service!

We had high pressure (120psi) to our home and a leak coming out of our service box.
We called several plumbers (through Yelp and Angie's List) and had 3 estimates for the work before AAA came out.

Jaysons professionalism, communication, knowledge, and "will to seal the deal" was what sold us.
He worked with the pricing (vs the other companies) and did the job in no time.

End result was a new pressure relief valve, ball valve from the main mater (for our convenience) and satisfied customer.
Note: Our lawn also was left as if no one was there.

Great price, great service.

Very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the company. This was the only company we called that saved us time by letting us know our water company needed to fix our meter before they could do their work. No extra charge for working on Sunday. Thanks for everything.

David C., Your people already let me know in no uncertain terms that "I will never win in court because I can't prove they did anything." I'm really glad you put in writing that they turned off my water. When we parted ways your manager was screaming that I had done it myself. I've read your other bad reviews. I guess this is just par for the course with your business. Your people were late more than once, they were disrespectful, and I did have to have another company come fix what your guys caused. I don't see how my review is unfair. By the way, I HAD to get my water fixed. Your guys blew up my softener (4 years old) and left us with 0 running water in the entire home. All pipes were clogged with resin. He thought we had a main break. He went from faucet to faucet turning them on and watching them clog because he had no idea what he had done by cranking on and off my water 15-20 times. He even told me he couldn't believe my softener didn't have a bypass valve. Well it does. The next 2 plumbers I called knew what had been done within 30 seconds. They showed me how to put the bypass on and how the original repair could have been done by turning the water off at the h20 heater itself. He never needed to turn the water off at the street. I had 0 water for 2 days. Your crew of bullies blamed me and wanted to charge $700 to clear the lines. They said I would need to buy the new water softener and heaters that were then filled with Resin! The tiny little repair turned into one big nightmare. Your guy said it was just a coincidence that my water softener blew up on their second visit! While they were turning my water on and off! Why on earth would I PAY your guys to repair it? Is that the scam? Break stuff and charge to fix it? Your comments about shirking responsibility just aren't true. All y'all had to do was fix it. If I hadn't told your plumber what was wrong, he still wouldn't have known. He was at my house for 7 hours using a compressor to blow out my lines individually. Problem was when he would turn the water on, they would re fill with resin. He hadn't bypassed the now broken water softener. It was a night of madness. They made a huge mess of water in every room they were in. Knowing what I know now, their blowing efforts were futile! Other plumbers laugh when I tell them how your 2 guys blew line after line not knowing Resin was in the lines. It literally took the next plumber 30 seconds to know what was going on. The next plumber after that took 30 seconds. I wanted to see if he could figure it out. How does a licensed plumber not know this??? Y'all keep challenging me to take you to the plumbing board. I will file a complaint because I'm not sure your guys were really licensed plumbers. We have filed with the BBB. Your guy let me know that I'll never win because I can't prove you did anything. At least you now agree your guy shut the water off. They literally screamed at me saying I did it myself. That I had turned off and on my water. I don't even know how to do that!
