I had an emergency water pipe/flooding situation going on in real time and was panicked because of the flooding we could not prevent. I called other plumbers and they were less than responsive to an emergency situation. When I called AAA, he was responsive, gave me some steps to take right away and said he was on his way. And arrived shortly thereafter. He was excellent in explaining what was going on and what was needed and pricing was fair. I was already looking for a new plumber as the one I would contact for plumbing needs suddenly started treating me like a 'dumb woman', charging 3x more for even small jobs. So AAA will be my go-to going forward.

After the plumbing company referred by First American Home Warranty failed to do my sink repair, I found AAA Affordable Plumbing via Yelp. Not only did Lesley come the same day I contacted them, but he came earlier than expected (both times). He diagnosed that the leak was due to cracks in the faucet hoses and advised me to purchased a new faucet that he could install the following day. Removing the old faucet was no easy task either as they were fused to the countertop. With a little drilling and some elbow grease, he got them out and whistled while he worked. It was like having my dad or uncle do the repair. Such a nice man. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Sunday afternoon at 2PM, hot water heater started leaking. 3:00PM sent message to AAA via YELP. Text reply from AAA within 10 minutes. By 5:30PM, heater was replaced and running. Could not have expected better.

Les was referred to me by family that have used him several times. I had a tub that was clogged and Drano could not fix. He called back less than 5 minutes and came over that afternoon. He snaked the line but felt it was further than his line and referred me to Roto Rooter because they would have the equipment. I asked how much I owed him for coming out and trying and he did not charge me.
