We made a 9am appointment and no one showed. We called at 10am and were told sorry that they didn't show any appointments in the system but they can have someone out by 1pm. Called again at 2pm because no one had shown again and was given the run around and told they would call back.

45 minutes later and no call back. I'm not going to bother calling again as I have found another plumber who is responsive and knowledgeable.

A+ for their phone presence though.

I hired some guy to give my AC regular maintenance to give him the business and help him out but that was a complete disaster , then I called AAA affordable, the technician comes checks everything then tells me I have to replace it all my AC system is less than 5 years old I was floored, how can that be! That first idiot made that much damage? Then a third guy is called Tony and he corrects everything that needed correction and after a horrible week and $100 not $5,900 like AAA affordable suggested my AC is back on . AAA affordable you won't have repeat business when you lie

I thought they were very quick to respond to my ac emergency and did a outstanding job.technician was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Fixed my ac fast and respected my home . I will definitely recommend to my neighbors and friends. Thanks again!

Bait and Switch! They act eager to come out and help. They tell you that you have to pay $89 for a quote and then hit you with a INSANE estimate for the repairs! They wanted to charge me over 3 times (plus the $89 quote cost) versus what I ended up paying after I asked them to leave and called someone else. They were rude when I chose to not use their services and went so far as to complain about me wasting their time - even though I paid them $89 for them to show up for 5 minutes. Nope! Not OK!

This companies employees are rude, unprofessional and do an awful job! I would NEVER hire them again! The manager, James, threatened me and said I better let it go...I have filed a complaint with the BBB rating and the City of San Antonio,Texas. There's no excuse for their behaviour....I would Not recommend that you hire them....

I called on Sunday for an emergency plumbing leak, I was told I would be contacted by the plumber. He called at 2:30 stating he would be here in an hour and a half. It is now 11:00 pm. I have called at least 5 times and still have not heard from anyone. Dispatcher keeps telling me someone will call you but no one calls. I will call another plumbing company and give my business to someone who wants it.

They overcharged us. The work was good but they definitely took advantage of us. We will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone!

Too expensive. They temporarily fixed my a/c compressor which lasted only 24 hours with a bill of over $500. Afterwards, they provided an additional estimate of $1,900 to replace the compressor that was still on warranty. No full credit for prior day billing. Received 3 other estimates from different companies to replace compressor between $1,350 and $1,400. Lastly, they do not provide a detail receipt of work performed after numerous request.

I came home yesterday evening to a cold leaking water heater. The number I called sent me to an after hours call center who pages the on call plumber to call me back. I was called in less than 5 min. Jessie requested some photos of my current heater to insure he had all the parts before arriving. He also brought 2 new heaters in case replacement was required. I am so thankful he did. He installed the new unit in about two hours and took the old to dispose it. I am very happy with my new heater and hot water again. Jessie was so professional and with over 15 years experience if I remember correctly. I asked.:) I will definitely do business with this company again. Oh did I mention the affordability, 1 yr warranty of parts and labor by the company plus the 5 yr manufacture warranty.

So I called to make an appt and was told they could make it the following day for the morning. So now it's dinner time and guess what....no show, no call. So I call and was called back saying "I didn't have you scheduled". So what kind of people tell me a time but not their people. Won't recommend or use in the future.
