We had a clogged main drain line. Called AAA that morning. Jason said he could be there by 10. Showed up at 945. Assessed our problem. Fixed our clog within an hour. Friendly fast and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I am telling you, I cannot recommend this company enough. I made the mistake of trying to do it myself, ended up with a disaster! The guy came out and stopped the leak, then had to go get parts and finish his schedule. I didn't expect to see him til the next day, but he showed up after work hours and finished, and it didn't break the bank. I am thinking of all the plumbing jobs I need done now. Don't try to save money by doing it yourself, this company is so much better than the disaster you're about to have.

We heard gargling in our pipes a few days ago and then found back up in the tub. The toilet wouldn't flush. Called and they showed up a few hours later. Reasonable pricing, friendly and very knowledgeable. Will be keep this number on file for any future use!

We had AAA Advanced Plumbing do work for us on a new pool house build. Jason started with a reasonable estimate on initial work which gain our confidence. However, for each additional phase his price became progressively more expensive to the point where the final product he provided was much more expensive than a fixed price estimate we got from Half Moon and Half Moon's price include a much higher quality solution. Jason took advantage of gaining our trust with an initial low estimate but then gouged us when we didn't ask for upfront estimates. Be aware and learn our mistake!! Don't use AAA Advanced Plumbing!!

We made an appointment for 8:30 to 10:30 for him to come and look at my garbage disposer. He was three hours late with no phone call. When I called him to ask where he was, I told him I had a doctor's appointment. He rescheduled the appointment for 11:30 to 1:30 without asking when my appointment was. He arrived at ll:40. Without looking at the unit except to see it was indeed leaking. He showed me a Badger 500 for $199. By the time he added getting it and his gas and his helper's gas, the bill was $415. I found that a little high. I told him I did not want to do anything at that point. I bought a Badger 500 at Home Depot for $139. I was very angry.

This company is unprofessional and unreliable. They showed up an hour late for my appointment. Jason.. the owner, thought he was being cute and said, "" I apologize for being late, I just had a hard time getting motivated today""... I said, REALLY? I should just turn you around and send you away right now. He talked me into letting him do the job and I am forever regretting this!
My plumbing had been messed up for a week and the lines needed to be cleaned out. I had this problem a year ago and it was fixed easily just by sending the auger down the line and snaking the toilets. BEFORE he even started working he immediately started telling me that they needed to dig up my back yard and replace the line. I told him no that it was a new line.. replaced before I purchased the house. He snaked the line..hit a snag and then pretty much stopped. Tried to talk me into replacing the lines again. I told him no again.. that I didnt agree it was the lines. I asked him to go snake the toilets, to which he refused to do. Still maintaining that it was the lines and to ""TRUST HIM"".
I had him come back a few days later and snake the toilets... he did the main bathroom and spent about 3 minutes and quit...still maintaining I needed to destroy my back yard and spend about $2,000.00. I refuesed
We had several meeting scheduled as I was going to help him collect past due accounts he had not been able to work on and We talked about me working for him since he found out that I was a bookkeeper. We agreed on a salary and made appointments. I went to his office and got started on working for him and seeing what he needed to collect the money he had out on jobs. EVERY appointment we had set he was either late to.. or did not show up at all. I spent several days installing software on my pc and working with him on getting his accounts ready for me to start working with him... and no charge to him.. on my dime and time. The final straw was he called and said he had gotten the phone for me to take his calls and set appointments and he would be by in about 30 minutes to bring it to me and we would finish importing his accounts to my software. He didnt show up as promised and I didn't hear from him for 4 hours. I finally told him I cannot work with someone that refuses to be on time. That my time is valuable and if he cannot keep his promises when I am helping him out then this wasnt going to work. He said , YOU STILL NEED YOU LINES DONE. I said, no.. I don't and you need me more than I need you. He hung up on me. Very professional. lol

I ended up having to hire another plumbler, AAA plumbling who has battled this companies mistakes for years since they snagged His business name and that he has had to go behind this company and fix what they didnt fix. So i am out the initial cost of 150.00 from AAA Advanced plumbing for nothing! and then additional cost to a new plumber who not only fixed my problems... he said I did not need to replace the lines at this time. This company snaked my line.. .cut through a few roots and snaked my toilets. I have had no more issues with my plumbing since.

If I could give AAA ADVANCED PLUMBING a ZERO rating... I would. unfortunately I have to give them 1 star. YOU HIRE THEM.. YOU TAKE YOUR CHANCE. This company is as ghetto as it gets. GOOD LUCK!
