The plumber was sent out through a Home Serve warranty. He was actually decent and diagnosed a problem of broken pipe under the floor of the basement bathroom. He took pictures and told me a possible price range and told me that someone from Advanced Plumbing will contact me either that afternoon or at the latest the next day with the official quote. in the meantime my upstairs facilities were out of order until the issue would be repaired. On day 3 I called and was told that I will see a quote in my email the next day which would be Friday. Friday and the weekend passed and no call and no quote. I called back on Monday and was told by the same person that woman who does quotes does not work Fridays and Mondays, same person who told me quote would be send on Friday. Now I was promised quote on Tuesday (full week now after initial call). Tuesday came and no quote, I called Wednesday morning and someone was going to call me within an hour. No one called in an hour or rest of the day. Next day I called again and she said the manager would call me by the end of the day. Again no one called, no one emailed quote and it is now going on 2 weeks of being inconvenience. i never contacted this company again and no one ever called me ever. Of course I called another plumbing company which came yesterday 11/11 at 7 am, had a quote ready in 20 minutes, started work the same day and fully finished it this morning fixing my issue. This company that promptly and professional conducted itself and fixed my issue gets 5 stars from me, but AAA Advanced plumbing actually gets zero stats but this website forced me to give them 1 star.
Firstly no only was this guy completely inappropriate, he broke the shower drain causing a leak down into the living room ceiling all over new furniture and flooring along with the freshly painted ceiling. Contracted through American home shield- BEWARE

Lori K.AHS Home warranty assigned AAA Plumbing since Weise Plumbing didn't follow through. AAA Plumbing technician came out, saw and acknowledged problems saying outside hose faucet needs replaced, the kitchen sink faucet needs replaced and the bathroom piping is eroded and needs replaced. He also looked in the basement and said there are many other plumbing problems that need fixed. He took photos. He even brought an outside consultant woman to share how she can help fix things, but I declined. I wasn't sure why an outside company, not covered through the warranty was at my house. Then I called AAA Plumbing today to ask when work would be done and was told to call my home warranty company. I called AHS Home Warranty and was told AAA Plumbing came out to my house yesterday (they didn't) and that the technician said there were NO problems. This is false. The technician acknowledged the problems when he was here. He also said he spent all day fixing the messes Weise Plumbing caused. I called AAA Plumbing back and the person said my case was closed. I said nothing was done. She said the technician would have to explain it to me. My home warranty company said that AAA Plumbing told them nothing was wrong. The technician saw the problems. Why would he tell my home warranty company nothing needed fixed?
Taylor R.Steve D. was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. He came out once to inspect the water heater and he was also assigned to install it a week later. The other 2 guys that came to help him remove the old one and transfer the new one were also very professional. They were quick and very quiet; while working from home I didn't even notice them moving the old and new as well as see their van and truck leave! Steve had to make some modifications, he explained why in a way that I could understand, that was very helpful. He also kept in mind whoever would be coming out in the future if there were any problems with any other appliances in that room.
Overall great service, we're very satisfied with our new water heater! Thank you!
July 22: Supposed to show between 8 and 12. I left a voicemail since no one answered asking if we would be notified when anyone would be on their way. 11:27 Tenant receives a voicemail saying about rescheduling since she didn't answer immediately. I called and said do not reschedule. My Tenant had been waiting for hours. Dispatcher was very rude saying it's company policy to reschedule if they don't get an answer right away. I said I needed them to go there today. It was not fair my Tenant was waiting for hours for them. 11:39 I get a text saying Tech on way. 12:29 p.m. Tech is at house.Told by Tech that they will send all the pics and videos to the insurance co. They usually get back to you within 24 hrs and will tell you what is covered, etc.He said once they approve the work, they'll send the sewer squad with a camera, jet, snake, etc. and a plumber at the same time to do the upstairs work. He said it could take 5-6 hours. My Tenant told him that Wednesday would work best.
July 27: AAA asked Tenant about scheduling work (I did not hear anything about anything getting approved from Home Warranty Company)
July 28: I called the home warranty place. Lady said they didn't get a diagnosis from the vendor so they haven't been able to process it yet to see if the work will be covered or not. She placed me on hold and tried calling AAA three times and said it would ring and then drop the call. She said she was going to try to reach out again otherwise she said she will escalate it to contract relations if she is not successful in contacting them.Text from AAA to Tenant said about scheduling service under America Home Shield.I called AAA and they said they had permission to snake the drain under the warranty and that they did not need approval for that. If snake did not work then they would do water jet but would need approval for the water jet is what I was told. The drain was NEVER actually snaked.
July 29: Tenant scheduled for the drain to be snaked on Monday between 8 and 12.Tenant was told that the snake could take up to 3 hours. She told them she couldn't be there all day 8am - 3 or 4pm since she has to go to work. Dispatcher said that she'll put it in as a priority call and they will try to make it the 1st appt.Tenant was told they were only snaking the drain and not doing any of the stuff upstairs that it would get done a different day.The plumber that came said they could schedule everything (snake, jet, kitchen sink, tub drain, etc) the same day, and be here for 5-6hrs and have everything taken care of at once. Drain was still NOT snaked.
August 2: At 11:55 there was still no contact made by AAA even though they were supposed to arrive between 8 and 12. I called AAA and was told they would be at the house within the next hour. Tenant was wondering if they would need to shut off water so I called back. After numerous attempts of calling with no answer and no voicemail again I finally got a hold of them.Dispatcher then said it's been approved to jet with warranty place. She said there is a jetting team and some other team and that the jetting team is getting set up and will be there today. She doesn't know if water has to be shut off. Drain was still NEVER snaked or jetted. The Plumber that showed up said they weren't doing any work and just assessing it. This step was already completed on July 22.The Plumber wanted to go upstairs to see the other things that need done but I Tenant had to get ready for work since company showed up hours late. He said the other tech that was out, put in notes that he already did the upstairs work. That never occurred. No work has EVER been done by AAA. There was no work done anywhere. He said he'll have them schedule for that stuff to be taken care of and that he'll be coming back.Every time I call HSA home warranty they say they have no Diagnosis and try calling AAA. They only were able to reach AAA once. I keep getting told different things by AAA. I need everything that is approved to get done. My Tenant has spent many hours waiting around without anything getting taken care of. This has been a very unprofessional process.I called and spoke to Jeremy. He assured me that we would have the first available appointment in the morning. Tech was scheduled first thing in the morning on August 17.August 17: I called AAA around 9:15 a.m. since we didn't hear from them. Was told that there was a situation with the Tech that was supposed to come out. I asked if someone else could come out then. I was placed on hold then told they can't switch workers around. I asked to speak to Jeremy. He called me track and said they should know more from their one Tech in the hour. He said half of his staff was out with medical issues. I asked if we could get another worker. He said no because all working on jobs
Malcolm P.Terrible company. Absolutely avoid. Rude, unprofessional, lacks communication.
First, the guy they sent out was incredibly nosy, looking into rooms he wasnt working in and making unneccesary comments like, ""how is this your master bedroom? Where is your bed?"" None of your business (in fact the bed simply hadnt arrived yet, duh).
Secondly, no one wears shoes in our home as we feel it is unhygenic. He initially shows up wearing booties but then on the second trips to and from the house, he comes in wearing his boots.
Overall, simply an unpleasant person to deal with.
So it turns out that we needed a part for our toilet. The part took 4 weeks to arrive. I called our local hardware store and they had the same part in stock so why did it take so long?? Further more, no one ever called to give us an update, we had to continuously call.
Finally, the part arrives. The guy shows up to our house on a random day. No one was at home because there was NO advanced notice. Then the guy proceeds to tell us ""Oh I was supposed to be here at 8am but I forgot the part so here I am now"". Mind you, it was 10am at this point. So I speak with him and I say, okay, I am not home, please come tomorrow. He says he will be there first thing in the morning.
So I am prepared for his arrival at 8am and made the proper arrangements with work so that this could happen. 8am goes by, 830 goes by. No one is here. Finally at 9 I call. They said, oh he should be here at 10. 10 comes and goes. 11 comes and goes. Finally at 11:40, I call to ask, what is going on. Apparently he was tied up with another customer still. How could that be the case when literally yesterday he said he would be here ""first thing in the morning""??
Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. And the guy was rude as well!!
