If zero star was a choice that is what I would be giving this company! We have had sewage flooding into our neighbors yard for over a week, the landlord kept telling us the plumber said the issue was fixed or the plumber was on site . The plumber was actually never on site until we finally had to call the city in to look into what was happening. Raw sewage flooding into yards since last Thursday, but never had the plumber there doing real work, until the city showed up & now the plumber is there & the sewage has stopped pumping into the yards. I personally would never pay this company to do anything!

Worst plumbing experience possible. Called them about a problem, they came out and ""fixed"" it. A week later it was broken again. We called and they said they would be right over. They never came. Next day we called again and they said they would fix it that day. They never came! Still not responding to texts and calls. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Take your business to anyone else.

They didn't fix the problem, then never responded when we called back to get more help with their lack of service. Charged more than the other guys, for a crappy job that didn't help. Horrible.
