Josh was very helpful both times he visited our facility. The moment we realized there was an issue with our pump, he arrived within hours of our call. He double checked that all of the water was working and coming out hot, and did not leave before everything was satisfactorily tested. It is difficult to find good and reliable contractors for a facility as large as ours, but we will certainly use AAA again in the future.

It's hard to find skillful, friendly, and honest plumbers these days. AAA Accurate plumbing has all these traits. My drain is unclogged and I have no more leaks in my showers. I have dealt with a few plumbers in my time and would recommend AAA to anyone in need of service.

I used AAA some years ago to repair what I thought was a recurrence of a leak in a water pipe beneath the slab in a condo I then owned in Forest Acres. Tony came out and started working on before I got there. The problem turned out to be a faulty fitting on my frige icemaker. Tony replaced the fitting and 4-5 of clear water line. Parts would probably approximate $15 maybe $20 and he charged me $459. Guess who I wouldn't call again for plumbing work. BTW, I live in West Columbia not San Francisco. This has been corrected.

The Name says it all! Prompt and professional service. They gave me an estimated time of 1:00 and the repairman Josh was her by 1:00, how often does that happen. The repair was complicated but he didn't waste any time. The customer service was above par.

This company is professional cons! The had to return several times for issues they did not install correctly! The owner Joe is out to make money and I get that but the prices are way to high for the quality of work! The entire company was at my house (small!) no one is licensed but the owner and he literally cussed out and put 2 employees down at my house in the front yard! I had to call them since they installed and they did fix it, while pushing blame on me! If you can afford this company you can afford a more reputable company. They install a part backwards and forgot to install another one! I compares pricing and reviews, I bet this company is in lawsuits! One review the owners told a customer to sue the EX EMPLOYEE as it's his fault and he is fired. It's on Google idr but I wish I did more research before letting them touch anything!! His machines are on credit just bought and look horrible ! The company misleads people and charges hundred of dollars for a $20 max part! claiming it was specialty! Not BBB accredited. Didn't even get permits to dig. I see why name changes every few years. CONS!! NE CAREFULLY AND WATCH!!!
