Customer beware! These guys are thieves!!! I went through my home warranty provider to simply clear our main waste line pipe and tried to charge me additional fees for taking off the waste-line cap and unnecessary work. Stay away from this unethical company!

I have used AAA-Able Plumbing twice in the past year and I must attest that I was highly pleased with their work and more importantly, their professionalism. During the 2019 February ""deep freeze"" they were able to send a diligent crew out who immediately addressed disastrous frozen pipe that burst and led to a literal waterfall in our kitchen. In addition and more recently, Marc and Darren, two of AAA-Able's plumbers, were able to devise a cost-effective and thorough strategy to address our problematic master bath shower system issues. Furthermore, both plumbers were respectful of our home, our time, and left the worksite impeccably neat.

The simple fact that AAA-Able offers multiple solutions is admirable and representative of best business practices. Feel free to contact me if you have additional questions about their business.

This is a scam company. It wouldn't fix anything but ask you pay. Never trust those guys.

These people are thieves! They came to my house to fix our hot water heater. They charged me $900 to fix my hot water heater. The ""fix"" didn't solve the issue and I have been calling for about a month - about 5 times over the month.

They were the ones who convinced me to ""fix"" it for $900 rather than replace for $1600. They said the fix would be good for at least 5 years in an attempt to sway me. Obviously this fix lasted less than 5 days!

Since then, no response. Not a good business practice.

On Monday morning March 5th I filed a service claim with American water resources' Sewer line protection services.I requested to have the main sewer line snaked as there was a slow drain in my fully finished basement. I was contacted by AAA ABLE to have a technician address the issue between 1-3 pm on the same day. My husband received a phone call at 12:15 pm that a technician was on his way. He rushed to make it home earlier and got there at 12:40. The technician Tom left initially but returned extremely upset stating he was waiting 40 minutes and he was missing his lunch. My husband apologized but that started the appointment all the wrong way. The technician was rude, had a bad attitude and was combative.
His negligence and unprofessional is beyond measure. He rolled a dirty tire throughout my finished basement. In addition, he did not have a drop cloth. We gave him our own towels to try to remedy the matter. He proceeded to snake the drain where sewage flew throughout my kitchen ending up all over my cabinets, fridge, floor, and up to 2 feet out the kitchen.
I wish I can attach photos of what the CO-OWNER/plumber Mr. Thomas Sautter did to my home. I believe his improper and negligent use of his plumbing equipment in my fully renovated basement was uncalled for and dangerous. When I asked him if that's how he was going to leave the kitchen and hallway he responded with ""I am not in the business of Housekeeping!"".. I informed the plumber that I was going to file a complaint with not only his company for his lack of cleanliness and professionalism which I did but also with the BBB of New Jersey as well as the NJ Dept of health all of which he said ""I don't care"". My asthmatic son's bedroom is the adjacent room to the kitchen. I don't think Mr Sautter understands the health risks of leaving a customers home in the condition he did. I am upset beyond measure.

Frank was extremely grating, although he accomplished what he was called to do. For someone so impatient, it took him far longer than it should have. He tried the most invasive routes first, then charged us more for the most direct approach??? He wandered around unattended looking for access in rooms when we had already told him there was no access. Took multiple smoke breaks and was confrontational with almost every person in the house. He blamed the problem on causes we know to be impossible, then after I gave in and said ""ok maybe that was it"" he used that cause to void any warranty on his work (though he later said it could have been any number of other natural causes, *all* of which voided the warranty.) He also embellished the invoice with phrases like ""room flooded on arrival"" which was patently untrue. Never again. And their pricing is way off the mark, with additional costs being added 'on-the-fly.'

Poor customer service. If you want a customer to confirm an appointment by phone on the day of the appointment, the receptionist should tell the customer this when the appointment is being scheduled. Took two days off from work, home both days. 1st day they claimed the appointment was not in their system. Today they called my cell phone and left me a message saying they are 2 minutes away but cant come because I didn't answer my phone. My other service appointment from Verizon, PSEG and others never require me to answer my phone to prompt coming to my home for a pre-scheduled appointment.

They were responsive and professional... however,
I should have price shopped before signing up with them. They charged more than double than most other plumbers ($500) for a Lead and Copper inspection! They didn't even need to use a test kit because all homes have lead in their water. The town of South Orange requires their seal though... so I basically paid $500 for a form and a seal. So aggravating!

AAA-ABLE... Will NOT get the job done right. After getting my main sewer line cleared, I let them know less than 72hrs later that the problem was not resolved. They did not have the integrity in their work to accommodate the customer in the event of shoddy work. Beware!
