AA Zack Plumbing was used at my former residence as a go-to for all plumbing needs because of their great service. When I moved locations and had plumbing needs, it was my first call. I really am happy with the service: knowledgeable, reliable, efficient. 5 star and highly recommend.

We had a great experience with AA Zack. We were an hour away from going out of town when a pipe leading to our water heater sprang a leak. We were able to reach them , and it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving! They had us take a photo of the problem, and they came right over and replaced the leaking pipe. I feel lucky that we reached them. The problem seems to be fixed, and we are happy with their work!

To be fair, I had tried to reach them a few months ago for another problem, and never got a callback, but this recent experience was 100% good.

We have used Zack for plumbing for over 10 years. He has always been professional, honest, and reasonable. Zack will tell exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost up front. His costs and pricing are reasonable.
I refuse to use anyone else for any of my plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I recently had problem with a leaking water from my toilet, i was away from home and i asked the people who were at the house to call AA Zack for service. they came over and fix the problem with in a short time and charged $300.00 for fixing a water leak on the toilet. I thought it was a lot of money for the work that was done. I was not able to reach Zack therefore I left him a massage expressing that I thought he has overcharged me and asked him to call me back. He has called me back and left me a very nasty and insulting massage with high tones, not to tell him what to say or complain about his work i really do not want to write all the nasty words that he left on the massage.. I have used Zack in the past for other work, I always new that he overcharged me and that his work is an average like most plumbers but after this episode I will never give him another job neither would recommend him to anyone.
Paying him $300.00 is lots of money but in top of it to make you feel very bad it is just too much, I am very sorry that I have giving him many jobs in the past

AA Zack Plumbing was one of the best service companies I've ever had the privilege of hiring. They were honest in their assessment and extremely thorough and efficient on the job (plumbing in our bathroom and kitchen). They even cleaned up our bathroom and kitchen as well as the floors where they walked around in our apartment after they were done fixing. Highly highly recommended!

HORRENDOUS service. I called to ask a simple question and was treated like an idiot, like dirt. This is absolutely a horrendous company to deal with. Do not contact them.
