We've used them for a few years now for AC services. Called this morning b/c it was time to eventually replace our unit. A whole new unit was installed the same day. The guys cleaned up their mess and were polite.

Called AA for semiannual maintenance inspection. Technician, Aaron arrived on time, introduced himself, and got right to work. He was efficient covering ever facet of AC unit inspection I was familiar with. At the end, I asked him to please vacuum out the compressor because we have had an above normal pollen drop this spring. He spent some time on this task and did a good job cleaning out the unit. At conclusion, he advised me of all his findings during inspection ( all good). Since I had paid for annual maintenance service, there was no fee this visit. I decided to wait for next visit to buy another annual agreement. No pressure from Aaron to reconsider my decision. I signed my invoice and Aaron left. Thank you for this great experience.

This company sells Generac generators. They DO NOT install the $14,000 product so it will work. They then refuse to fix the issue. This leads you to pay a third party plumber an additional $1100 to pipe the gas lines correctly. Besides the fact that they left leaks in the gas lines as well. This led to a gas emergency requiring us to evacuate our home. The company employees are completely incompetent and the owners have no professional integrity. I highly suggest that you never consider them in your purchase of any product or service.

Horrible company!!!! Came out for warranty service on a 4 year old unit that the motor had died in. The motor was free under warrranty, but the kind folks at AA wanted $1295 to install it. Yes, a 15 minute job costs $1295 with these people. When I asked why it cost so much, I was told that the guys had to pick up the 5lb motor at the warehouse, bring it to my house and then haul away the bad 5lb motor. Even the tech was embarrassed by the pricing. I purchased a new motor on Amazon and did it myself. Pathetic. I should have known better when the receptionist explained that they had purchased phone numbers for other companies that went out of business. Stay away!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! BAD BUSINESS!! Very poor service. Readily took $559.00 for standby generator service call but not fix described issue. Made several follow up commitments to resolve initial issue but did not even once show up or even call. RIP OFF!!

I saw their ad in the Money Magazine and called to have them look at our a/c unit because we are not getting cool air anymore. Same day. He confirmed that we have a coolant leak somewhere. Paid their """"service fee"""". told them we were getting second opinion. He left without screwing back a panel on the unit. He had dropped the screws into the leaves. When I called to tell them that they needed to come back out to fix it and they said they wouldn't be able to come till next week. I felt I was getting the run around. I tried to put it back on by myself with no success. We do have to have the system replaced but will definitely not do business with this company.

We had a team come out to get a quote ready. Never received the quote. Sent email stating so. Was asked to call, I did. Promised a call back. No call. That's 2 miscues and we're not even to a quote. I'd definitely review your customer service protocol. Extremely disappointing and speaks horribly about your company. It's probably best you find another contractor for this job. It appears these simple services are over the heads of the folks providing them. If we can't get the simple things right, we shouldn't expect anything more complex to be completed satisfactorily or without error. Russ Grey

Very disappointed with the workmanship and customer service. When I originally called about someone coming to look at our air conditioner, I was told it would be 8 AM when a service person would be here. By 9o'clock no one was here, so i called back. I was then told, that the person that helped us should have told us it would be a four hour window -bad communication... This type of customer service was continual. Especially when the company had to be called back again to fix another problem connected to the air conditioner. This time there was an issue with the final installation of some tubing left on the side of our house, which made the project look unfinished. I called at least a half a dozen times and could not get a supervision or owner to call me back. I finally had to email the company to get a response, and it was not a friendly or helpful response. I was also suppose to get a quote on the amount it would cost to cover the tubing. That was about 3 weeks ago and still no response. This is the first bad review I have ever written about a company, but feel that if it saves a person the bad experience then it is well worth. I have since called another company to help with the problem in which AA Service and Repair did not fix in an appropriate matter and the customer service and workmanship at this new service has been above and beyond reproach. I will never recommend this company for any type of repair or service.

i would highly recommend AA service and repair for all your AC needs. they were on time and did not try to charge me for things i did not need.

We had a new 5 ton Carrier installed Feb 2016, and had a leak in the horizontal drain pan just over a year later. Since only the part was covered (50.00 part), we had to pay for the install which took 2 hours and AA Service and Repair charged us 1900.00! The manager/owner was aware but would not reduce the charge. BEWARE, they charge per job NOT by the hour. I would NEVER use them again in the future and hope others see this as well.
