Elliot N.We used AA Rapid when we had a leak in our bathroom and they did a great job. Unfortunately when we tried to use them again they were terrible. For the call out they missed the appointment time by hours with no notice they were going to be late. Eventually showed up after I called them 3 or 4 times. They said if the issue happened again they would order a replacement part and come and install it. The issue did happen a couple weeks later and I called (Tuesday). They said text the address and we will call back in an hour with a time to install - they never called back. I called the next day and they said they ordered the part and would replace it on Friday morning. At noon on Friday I called and they said they were running late. At 5 on Friday I called and they said they would come the next morning. At 1 on Saturday still nothing so I text and they said they were coming at 5. By 7pm on Saturday we gave up and called another plumber. Really disappointed as Cesar is a nice guy and we thought we had found a real gem
Samantha S.Needed emergency service to our unit and though the repairman was running behind (clearly they're popular! Lol), he was able to make it to our house, fix the issue, tune up the unit and all for a reasonable price. CYPRESS AIR charges $194.00 just to come to the home before they do anything and this company's price was significantly lower($89.00). If looking for a company that can come service your A/C unit and you need 24 hour availability; call them! You will be satisfied with the service.
Gladys D.It was one of the worst experiences we have ever encountered. They fixed our plumbing problem and we were left satisfied. Within a month, the plumbing problem was back. Called the company back several times until they picked up. They asked us if we had warranty, which was odd. It's their company so they should be aware of their warranty policy and have our records on file. They said they would call back within minutes to let us know when they were available to come fix the problem again. They never called back. Once again we called the company back after a few hours and no one ever picked up. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
We had to call Michael & Son Services which was completely the opposite of this company. They were professional, courteous, considerate and stick to their ""satisfaction guaranteed"" policy. We had a problem with a water leakage and we called Michael & Sons again, they pulled up our file and asked us if the plumbing problem had gone away since the last time they had fixed it. They assured us that if it was to ever come back, we could just call them within the warranty period.
Lesson learned, never call this company ever again. They don't stick to their warranty policies and seem to not care about whether they do a good job or not. And when they don't do their work the right way, they don't care to fix it like most companies do.
Jeremy D.Great service. We had an emergency pipe break on a sunday and Cesar came out to fix. He was very professional and personal. He got the pipe replaced in less than 40 mins. Well done, highly recommend.
I woke up on a Thursday morning with no running water in the whole house. We are on a well, not city water. I looked online and found a company with many good reviews. I called them and they sent a technician. The technician arrived on time at 3pm. He immediately asked for a cup of hot tea. When I reminded him that he was here because I had no water, he informed me that he had bottled water in his truck that I could use if I wanted to. He then asked for the key to my home wireless network saying that he might need to look up some technical information about the pump online.
Once he was settled in, he wrote out a statement of the rates and had me initial every rate, which was $95 for an emergency call and $149 for every hour spend troubleshooting. He said it might take two hours to diagnose the problem and stressed that his rate was hourly and for diagnosis only--no work. He then began to investigate the problem, with frequent very long breaks on the internet during which he wore ear-buds. Three hours later he said the problem was either the power to the pump or the pump itself. When we discussed the cost of repair he said it would be between $1,500 and $5,000. When I told him the price was high, he replied ""what are you doing to do, you have no water"" and then told me to buy a gym membership so I could shower at the gym. He said he would prepare an estimate and e-mail it to me that evening after dinner and I should let him know right away if I approve so he could put me on the work schedule for 8am the next morning.
I checked my email several times during the evening up until 11:30pm and never received the estimate. By 8:15 am Friday morning there was still no estimate. I called the AA Rapid office and was told they were working on it and it would be ready in two hours. In the meantime, when I checked the downstairs bathroom, I noticed the tub and sink were full of dirt and debris. I discovered that the technician had changed the water filter (which was not due to be changed and I had not asked him to change) and dumped it out in the sink and tub even though there was an outdoor drain right outside the back door adjacent to where he was working on the well plumbing. The old water filter was in a trash can and a banana peel was on a table.
At this point I called another company and scheduled a technician to come out. They arrive and within 20 minutes (and without internet access or hot tea) had determined that a fuse was blown which they replaced and traced the problem to the cable and/or pump. When they examined the well outside, they found the AA Rapid technician had wired the hot to ground at the pump, which blew the fuse and tripped the breaker in the house. This same task that took them 20 minute took the AA Rapid technician 3 hours.
The AA Rapid repair estimate arrived about 10 am. It contained a list of tasks, with no subtotals, and a final total that read $5,5500. A note at the bottom indicated that if the cable needed to be replaced, it would be extra--the estimate was only for the pump replacement.
The new company gave me an estimate on the spot of $1,500 to $2,500. They indicated they had everything they needed for the replacement with them. They began the repairs immediately and had completed all the work two hours after they arrived. They diagnosed the problem, pulled the pump, replaced it and the cable, and put it all back in the ground in less time than the AA Rapid technician had taken to ""troubleshoot"" the problem.
We had Cesar at our house again for two plumbing projects this week. We had a contractor install a new tub and they botched all the plumbing. Cesar came out very quickly and fixed everything. Now we can start re-building and not worry about leaks. He really knows his craft, is professional and trustworthy.
JP G.I had Ceser come in and fix a clogged toilet in my upstairs bedroom and he conducted his work in a very professional way telling me the upfront costs and what typically causing toilets to clog. He was very personable which is something you don't always find with some home fixer-upper companies. He fixed it in literally 5 minutes and was in-n-out in no time.
I would recommend AA Rapid Plumbing to cater your needs if want a very friendly, quick, and smooth process for your problem.

I'm going to be as detailed as possible because I feel it is my civic duty to warn people about this place and not be swindled out of your hard earned money.
My AC recently went out and I noticed the fan on the exterior unit wasn't working. After searching online I ran across AA Rapid and it had pretty good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I scheduled a appointment for the next day, was given a time window of 8AM-830AM and told there would be a 65 dollar service fee that would be included in the price if I decide to use their services.
The next day comes and I'm waiting for the service guy. 845AM rolls around and I get a call, sorry but our tech is running late he'll be there in 45 min. Ok I guess I need to call work now to tell them I'll be late. 9:45 rolls around and I get a call asking for my address again and that the tech will be there in 15 min. 10:15AM comes and he finally shows up. I'm not very happy at this point but I want to resolve my AC issues.
I showed Cesar to my backyard and he told me to turn on my AC, the fan is still not working. He takes my unit apart and he looks at the fan. He warns me that he sees a little oil on top of the motor so that could be the problem. He then proceeds to meter my capacitor to make sure it is working and to confirm if the motor is indeed done and needs to be replaced. He showed me that the capacitor is showing 240 volts so the motor definitely is the issue. I was quoted $250 dollars for the fan motor and $400 for labor, totaling $650.
I had watched a few YouTube videos on AC fixes and nothing I saw looked like $400 worth of labor so I was thrown back a little by that amount. In my head I calculated 30 min of work to change out a fan at $400. That is a labor rate of $800/HR, lawyers don't even charge that much and they are the biggest swindlers of all. I told Cesar I'd have to think about it and I used my phone to Google the price to change a fan and nothing came up to $650. So I told him I wasn't going to do it and I'll just pay the service fee today. He asked if I was sure and said ok it'll be $79 for the fee, I'll go outside and clean up. Please notice I was told $65 on the phone the day before. I tell Cesar this and he responded $79 is what we've been charging this summer. During his clean up he kept feeding me lines about denying the service, ""are you sure it's really hot now"", ""I'm just trying to look out for you"". I paid the $79 and he left.
I found out that one of my friends works as a AC repair man so I took pictures of my units internals and sent it to him for some insight. I told him that my fan motor needed to be replaced. After he looked at the pictures he told me that he didn't think it was my motor but my capacitor that needed to be replaced. I asked how to test a capacitor to see if it was working and it was definitely not what I witnessed Ceser doing when he tested it. A capacitor is a way less expensive fix than a fan motor. Also being advised by my friend that I could do the job myself I purchased a new capacitor and installed it the same day, it took 15 min. My AC started right up and is now back in working order, the fan motor is perfectly fine. Also when I was doing the work myself I noticed Cesar did not put my unit back properly. There were 6 screws missing (why would you take my screws???) and the panels were not put back correctly.
So to conclude, I paid $79 to wait 2 extra hours for Ceser to come to my house, take apart my AC unit, con me into fixing something that wasn't broken, steal the screws to my AC unit and didn't put it back together properly.
**PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**
Excellent service. They came within 45 minutes, as promised (the guy on the telephone told me the price for same-day service up front, and even suggested a way that might help me avoid calling them out the same day to save money) to check on a leak under our upstairs carpet. Upon arrival, Cesar told me all fees up front, and solved the problem within the hour. He also advised me on how best to pursue reimbursement from the contractor that had caused the damage initially. He was extremely professional, courteous and good-humored. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
Beware of this plumber! Had a very bad experience. Very high estimate for what the job was. Did not knock on the door when he arrived, just walked into my home! Asked inappropriate questions of a person working in my home. I would never use them again.
