I called this company and they scheduled my appointment for a Wednesday morning. Since I was going to have to take off for a few hours I double checked and it was confirmed. Wednesday came and went. I called them 4 or 5 times that day and they never answered. Left a voicemail and tried again the next day. They didn't even show me the consideration of returning my calls. Missed work the entire day and lost $200. I would never consider using them again

Purchased a home and within a month our septic alarm was going off. Called AA on a recommendation of another gentleman that came out but wanted to know pump my system at high dollar he told me to call them.
There was some miss communication with how they operate so if they say they're going to call you make sure you answer . I didn't have my phone when they called and I was bumped off their job list. I called and got back on. Luke came out. He spent hours cleaning and pumping my system. He took the time to review the operation and tell me all about my system. Been perfect for the past 6 months . I will be sure to call them when I need my routine service this spring. He did an amazing job.

I had them change us over from septic to public sewers. They had the best bid by over $1000. They had no problems with inspections and finished on time. It was nice having 1 contractor for the whole project. The did the digging. They cut the road to get to the main line. They did the road repairs. The laid straw and seeded the public ground and my yard. Definitely a good experience for us.

My septic system backed up the week of my husband's funeral. I called AA Quick, and they came over twice - once to drain the septic tank, and the second time to cable the drain for obstruction. One week later, the system was backing up again. At the time I was only in the house on weekends, so very little water was being used. Unfortunately, since I wasn't home during the week, I couldn't be there for them to make a return visit. I asked a neighbor to come over when they returned, but there was a miscommunication and the neighbor didn't understand that I'd left the door unlocked for them. Now I'm back in the house full-time, but I can't do laundry, can't do dishes, and I haven't been able to flush the toilet in over a week. I called last Friday to ask if they could come out, becasue I've NEVER had a situation in which results from septic tank service only lasted a week. The person I talked to said they were totally booked. She said she'd call me back. She didn't. I left a message on Sunday telling her that I am desperate to get the problem resolved, because I can't run water down the drains at all. No call back. So, no good words about this company. I paid over $500 for very poor results.

On May 29, 2018, I made a call to AA Quick because of the alarm light on our septic and a terrible smell. We had used them just a couple months before to pump our septic, and they were referred to us by our neighbors, my in-laws. Since the pumping of the septic, the alarm has gone off and on and the smell had been constant for a couple weeks. I spoke to a woman on the phone who said she would send someone out that afternoon. The same woman called me later that day to tell me it was a ""Murphy's Law"" day and that someone would be out the next day. No one came the next day either, so when I woke up on Thursday, May 31st I called again. I spoke with the same woman who told me she left me a voicemail explaining that they were once again not able to come out because they were so busy. I was understanding and just assumed a voicemail was left on the wrong number since I didn't have one and even called my voicemail even though I had no notification. She told me someone would be out that afternoon. I told her we had plans and wouldn't be home, but she said she'd have the guy leave a note on my door detailing the issue. I gave her my debit card number and my email so that she could send me a receipt. On Friday morning, June 1st, I called again because I had no email and no receipt, and the smell was still bad. She told me the guy came on Thursday afternoon but that he had no tickets in order to leave behind a note. She said it was the same guy who pumped our septic and he remembered having to fix a slit in our aerator hose and that there was a second slit he fixed this time. She said if it happened again we'd need a new hose. She told me the smell would go away in a couple of days. My card was charged $175. Today is June 19th, and the smell has never gone away. I've called almost every single day since then, and I never get a return call. When I do get a hold of someone, she tells me she left me a voicemail. I've given my phone number every single time, and I have absolutely no voicemails from this company. She acts like she doesn't know who I am each time I call, so I have to re-explain my situation. She told me last week to save me some money to have my husband caulk the lids to the septic. I asked if it was customary for them to not caulk when they came out. She said only when they pump a septic, and I said, ""You did just pump it!"" So she told me she needed to check her records and she'd have Brenda call me. This was on June 13th. On June 14th, I sent the company an email detailing my experience, and Brenda called me within 5 minutes. She said she was giving me a ""freebie"" by sending a guy out to caulk the lids, but that they were not responsible for the smell. I don't see how it's a freebie when I paid $175 and the problem was never fixed. She told me the guy would come out on the 14th or 15th. I asked her to check the aerator hose and I would obviously pay for the replacement if it was needed so this didn't continue to happen. They have yet to come out and fix the issue, and I haven't heard from them. I have just now left a voicemail and requested a refund of my $175 so that I can call another company to resolve this issue.
