Curtis and team from AA Plumbing were very helpful in resolving our emergency plumbing issue during a very busy holiday weekend with all of Washington under a deep freeze catastrophic weather event and broken pipe issues.
Curtis assigned a crew member who came out quickly and fixed the issue even though it was on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. I appreciated the thoroughness of the work and the follow up by Curtis. He listened to me and he explained things to me so that I could understand. He also arranged a Clean Up team from another company that he has worked closely with for a number of years.

AA Plumbing did a fine job replacing an old sewer line and decommissioning a buried cement septic tank. But they trashed our fence & gate and left broken cement pieces sticking up out of the dirt. We hit them with our lawn mower and are now trying to repair everything.

I called a few plumbers yesterday to get my water on, nipple thread was shot, and AA was the only one that could get to me in a timely matter, other plumbers that said they were 24 hour were not at all. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Let you know prices up front and if you want them to proceed. I prefer that method versus just doing the work and billing me after when you are kind of on the hook so to say. I had options to back out. Thanks dudes!

I initially had this crew out to install a new sewer line and replace an exterior hose bib that had split. I had this job quoted many years ago by a different company, so given inflation and supply chain issues, AA Plumbing's quote was higher, but not unreasonably so. When I met with Curtis I just had a really good feeling, and went with my gut. So glad I did. Their team was polite, thorough, and able to get that job done in two days.

Approximately three weeks later, I was having my crawlspace cleaned, re-sealed, and re-insulated. That crew noticed a leak from one of my drain pipes; AA Plumbing was able to come out the same day to take a look and then back at the end of the week to do a complete repair. I opted to have all the lines redone since my house is old and I felt like the quote on that job was also a fair price.

It turns out a bit of debris was left under the house from that repair and when they were called about the issue they responded immediately, the same day, to rectify the situation.

A solid team, nice guys, my plumbers as long as they're in business.

We had a main water line break at 9pm on a Holiday Weekend under a sidewalk! Curtis and his team dropped everything to complete a major repair and restored water to our residents the following day working up until 2am in the morning ! I will use his company for many years to come!

I needed to get my sewage line fixed and had a plumber come out. The first plumber couldn't get it done and needed a longer line so we had a second plumber come in. That's where AA plumbing came in. Curtis came and hydro jetted my line and still said he couldn't get it undone claiming there was a belly in my line. He then gave me a quote $18,000 to tear up my sewage line and fix my sewage line. But Curtis never put a camera down my line to confirm that there was a belly in my line. After questioning the process and Curtis finding out another plumber was coming to look at the line. He hightailed it to my house to put a camera down my line. After he did this he called to say that he got the line cleaner than expected but, while on the phone I heard sloshing to find out he was standing in a puddle of water in my basement where I informed him a drain was located. So after he unclogged the drain in the basements he said everything was running again. AA plumbing gave us a wrong quote attempting to charge us for construction that could have been avoided if Curtis had scopes the line first in attempt to find a belly. Be careful with this company and if you do go with them make sure to ask a lot of questions on what's wrong with your plumbing because they will try and take advantage of you.

He was able to come look at our gravity pump and fix the issue. He was even willing to talk to our homeowners insurance to help them determine the issue was covered and we were able to get the claim approved.
Curtis and his team are extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Our shared sewer line that was ""patched up"" since it was laid (not sure when that was, but our house and our neighbors house was built in 1910), needed to be completely torn out and replaced due to issues with root balls clogging up and destroying the line. I checked out YELP and looked for highly rated Plumbers in our area and called AA Plumbing. This was kismet because I could not have asked for a better experience with a Plumbing company. Curtis made time to come out the same day I called, and ran a camera up the line. While delivering the bad news about the fix, he alleviated the pain by pointing out that the line was clearly shared with my neighbor and that he should also pony up for the repair. Not only did Curtis contact my neighbor directly to discuss the issue and fix, but he also later met up with him to run another camera to prove the fix was needed and it was indeed a shared line. I had many questions throughout the process and Curtis extremely responsive with my calls and texts. On top of ALL that, their work was timely, impeccable and an extremely fair (almost too good to be true). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving them a call for all of your plumbing needs.
