I called them. I was interested in them coming out and fixing my toilet. They never called me back. If they didn't want to do the job, it would have been nice if they called me back. It could have saved me 2 days.

The replaced 3 feet of pipe above ground for 700 dollars. And it Wasn't even a real plumber they sent. Gas company had to fix the problem. They could of killed someone with the way they plumbed it in

I'm not normally one to make a post like this, but this is something I feel a need to share. I recently had some plumbing work done by AA Plumbing Inc. out of Ponca City. All I needed was a new burner/ignition for my hot water tank. The owner tried sending his crew out with instructions of replacing the entire thing before even consoling me or inspecting the hot water tank to diagnose an issue. (Which was gonna cost $800-$900) When it was all settled and a $150 part fixed the issue he tried billing me for several hours of labor when his crew spent less than 45 minutes total at the house. When I called him on the phone to get this issue settled the owner of AA Plumbing was extremely rude and hostile. He then said he would fix the bill for the labor time and make it right with me and send it in the mail. He ended up sending me a check for $31. So overall he charged me a plumbers rate of $125 an hour and charged me for several hours when he worked less than one full hour and his fix is a bullshit check of $31. This man is a scam artist at his finest. I hope people see this more as a warning rather than me just ranting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK!
