Once again, A&A was awesome to work with. From Brandy and April in the office to Chris doing the estimate and Seth doing the work and inspection, everyone was friendly and professional. They showed up when they said they would, texted/emailed ahead, and were very informative and up-front about what the issues were and why/how they needed to be fixed. They were able to get to the job quickly and get everything done in one day. Highly recommend them and will use them again. I truly believe that A&A has its customers' best interests in mind and that's been hard to find lately.

I have used this company several times in the past and was very happy with the service and price. A couple of weeks ago I had a toilet removed and a new one installed which cost me 1,095. This seems a little excessive to me as I did not get a receipt showing how much everything cost including labor , just what was done. I did not even get any paperwork from the toilet they got at lowes telling me what kind of kohler toilet it was and the price.

She explained the process and set us up with a same day appointment. The A & A team wore shoe coverings in our house. They made an assessment and gave us a few options. We were not in town when there was an emergency plumbing issue at our home. A&A Plumbing were quick to respond to our request, provide an estimate, and walk us through the entire process. Their team was highly professional and skilled - they arrived on site with a scope and identified the issue immediately. They worked around our schedule to expedite the job. My water bill tripled in two months time. I found no water leaks. Thought I must have had a leak under the slab foundation. Kyle and Kyle came out, saw the water meter was running continuously which is what I reported to them. They walked through the house to bathrooms and kitchen listening for running water and heard none. They said they would not be able to find and fix the leak without extensive testing, excavating the service line and opening up walls around the house. Said they would send me an extimate to locate and fix the problem. I complained they did nothing for the $43.00 service fee they wanted. Kyle#1 said he was waiving the service fee, and left. Received an email estimating $415.98 to excavate and install an isolation valve in service line. AND if leak was in service line, $2561.21 to replace the line. If the leak was under the slab, the estimate would be $2514.47, and would leave the holes in my walls for me to repair. I sent them an email saying I couldn't work with open ended estimates, and please call me to discuss it. They have not called and I will not answer when they do. I got another plumber in, and WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF LISTENING he discovered a toilet was running continuously down the overflow tube. He shut off the water to the toilet, and the water meter instantly stopped turning. I am sending this to the Better Business Bureau as well as a complaint.

The entire crew at A&A were top notch. From scheduling to the plumbers, journeymen, and coordinator. They were courteous, professional and neat. Do not use this company, they completely screwed us over. Sold us a cheap garbage disposal after paying extra for the "top of the line" . It broke after a year. Extremely rude customer service on the phone and the plumbers. There's so much more but too much to explain here. There are better companies in SA, any company would be better than this one
