I have to say this company has extremely knowledgeable employees! I had a couple of estimates to get a gas line installed and the first plumber that came out from this company was so knowledgeable and took me through every step of the process and explained the how's and why's in detail. He gave me an estimate before he even left my house. We ended up going with this company because I felt comfortable knowing every step of the process, the costs, and most of all Mario knew what he was doing.
I did get a message from Mario saying he wouldn't be able to do the job the next day, since he was still working on a job he was already scheduled to do, so I was a little worried about not having him come back. But I trusted him and he had only good things to say about the plumber coming in his place. Well, I have to say, Chris really exceeded my expectations! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable as well, but also as kind, friendly, and thorough about every step of the process too. He took the time to explain what he was doing and did a great job putting the Sheetrock back in place nice and neat and did an amazing job installing the gas line! Kudos to this company for hiring exceptional employees! I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing, AC or heating needs.

A&A Plumbing is my company of choice and I give them a 5 Star rating. I originally had another company scheduled to install a new water heater but it turned out to be an emergency and I would have to wait another 4 days for the replacement. Time was of the essence as my garage was flooding w/water. David Smith and DS were professional and reassuring. DS immediately came in and started vacuuming up the water to put my mind at ease. David Smith discussed the various options for the replacement. Not only did I get a premium water heater (Rheem) but I also saved $400 by using A&A. The other company also told me they would have to cut into my wall to remove and replace the unit. This task was ultimately going to have to be repaired at MY expense. A&A "DID NOT" tear down any walls nor cost me an extra financial burden. I am so impressed by David Smith & DS's professionalism, craftsmanship, affordability and ability to explain the process in layman terms. Going forward, I will be using A&A for all my plumbing needs. Thanks-a-million David Smith and DS for a job well-done!

I have used A&A Plumbing for my home several times and they are always top notch! This time was no different! We found a leak on Sunday night, made an appointment online for Monday, and by 7:45am on Monday Liz (the dispatcher) let me know that a tech was being dispatched! Dale Moore was my plumber this time, he and his helper were professional, quick and efficient when it came to pinpointing the leak I had, and completing the repair! They even cleaned up the drywall that had to be cut. Overall the service, friendliness and professionalism from everyone at A&A Plumbing makes life just a little easier when you experience these plumbing concerns.

I needed a new water heater and a small leak at the meter.
A guy and young woman responded. They were punctual.
He seemed experienced, I don't know enough about plumbing to judge what was said.
The plumber sent me a detailed invoice of what would be fixed.

She didn't put the aerator back after checking the water pressure.


Finally, the plumber asked me to sign 3 items on the iPad that look like stuff for financing but had zeroes.
This was before I got the estimate.
Not thinking, I signed it.


I called the company up and ask them to delete the pictures and signatures.
A woman stated its part of the database now so no.
I worry about that.

I couldn't afford to use their plumbing services.

We have the monthly subscription for our plumbing which includes routine check ups and no service call fees. We had a pipe burst that ended up costing us $4k. A&A was fast to come out and get the repair done and even had a payment plan if needed. They also do military discounts which is very appreciated. We are planning on getting our water heater/softener replaced as well and fully trust A&A to do so

Today 5/28/24 we had our electric water heater replaced by A&A Plumbing. David Smith, a Master Plumber and Evan came out to our house and had to remove our old water heater that was broken. They also had to bring our new one to code. These two young men are extremely professional and hard working individuals!! I called them our saving angels's It was 115 degrees outside and humid at 2:30pm and these two were digging and working to get our pipes replaced and pressure up to code. I told them they deserve 10 's I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing work done in your home. David and Evan answered all of our questions and were helpful. Thank you both so very much and A & A Plumbing for coming out for the service to our home. The price was well worth the service

Paul understood the situation with a flawless diagnosis. and fixed it for 85% less!

He went the extra mile in solving the problem. and didn't try to sell me the farm.

After a failed attempt of getting Rotorooter out to my new home, I called A&A Plumbing based on their favorable yelp reviews. I had David Smith & his young apprentice, they were so very polite and diligent. He explained all they were doing thoroughly and fixed the plumbing issue we had. So far, my water pressure has been TONS better than before. I will use this company again in the future! They are a bit on the expensive side I will say. But I am hoping the repairs last for years to come and make the expense worth it!
