Alex responded, when I put a request on Yelp, for a plumber, the Sunday before Christmas.

Our kitchen sink drains were backing up and the water not going down. He quoted a price and said he would hydrojet the lines. I felt it needed that, so I agreed.

He arrived soon thereafter. They worked at it, and fixed the kitchen sinks. Now we could start preparing our Christmas Eve dinner! We were so happy.

I thought the hydrojetting would take care of the master shower stall drain, which had been having issues and which I pointed out.

A few weeks went by and the water drained slowly and more slowly. Yesterday it started standing. Alex came and blasted the pipe, of the shower stall, as part of the original job. There was no discussion of additional payment. Thank you Alex.

If you wake up and your shower is clogged? what do you do? Just call Alex he will have your drain cleared immediately if there isnt something wword going on!

Alex came back out to our house to replace the entire pipe line from the house to the city line. He was able to come out with his team on the weekend and replaced it in only a couple of days! Great service and price for such a big job, we really appreciate it!

I got a new washing machine delivered to my house today. The delivery guys wouldn't connect it to the existing water valves because the valves were too corroded. I realized I needed to replace the old, corroded valves before it became a major problem. I called a few plumbers and got some estimates that seemed high. Then I called A&A Plumbing and Alex said he could come out later the same afternoon, after finishing the job he was already on, for a more reasonable price. Alex and Joseph came to my house that afternoon and worked hard to finish the job. I watched them work and could see that the old, corroded hardware was causing some problems. But they patiently and calmly kept working and finished the job. I appreciate Alex and Joseph coming out the same day and doing quality work for a reasonable price.

Update, they took a $900 deposit for a job booked a month out initially. I asked to be moved up and cancel within a 3-day prior to job. To be told, the deposit is non-refundable. It was never stated non-refundable prior. I would say ask questions upfront prior to giving a deposit.
