John is the rudest person I've ever dealt with - highly unprofessional. He didn't do the majority of what was agreed upon him doing, and when asked if he had what was asked for, he would claim he is just doing things they way we agreed upon. It made no sense because we didn't agree upon any of the things he was saying. He sent my partner extremely rude messages, ugly phone calls, ect., the only thing about A A drain medics I'd recommend, is to not use them!

I called and spoke with John about a sudden plumbing issue involving sewerage that prevented the use of toilets and showers, and he provided a very fair quote and was able to come the very next day.
He fixed the issue in under 5 minutes, explained what had happened and was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions! He was also kind enough to answer questions on HVAC and gave a quote on the spot for other work we are considering.
10/10 would recommend this business, and will definitely be a repeat customer for any plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

This place is a complete fraud. I contacted them and established an appointment for them to hook up a water heater. The buffoon that kept in contact with me kept putting it off. He cancelled three times with a variety of excuses ranging from a funeral he had to attend to a sick mother in law. I finally realized he had no intention of showing up, but lacked the intestinal fortitude to say so. Stay away from this pathetic business. A complete waste of time.

John was very thorough, taking the time needed to do the job correctly. He explained what was needed, what was done and why. He was pleasant and polite as well. When I called HomeServe re a clogged sewer pipe, they wanted to send the same sewer company sent a year ago. That other company gave incorrect info regarding two issues. I said no, send another company. I am so glad they sent John with AA Drain Medic. Will definitely insist on him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

My job was simple: I needed two new toilets installed in my home. While one local plumbing company quoted me a price of almost $300 each(!), John gave me a good rate, and didn't even charge to drive to my home. (He was the only plumber I contacted who didn't have such a fee.)

The day before his visit, I noticed one of my bathroom faucets was leaking, so once he arrived, I asked if he could take care of that, too. No problem.

When John was under the sink, he noticed the drain pipe into the wall wasn't installed as well as it should have been, so he fixed that, as well.

And he did it all for a VERY fair price.

Looks like I have a new plumber.
