Purchasing manager and scheduler have been great on the phone.

First plumber was fine on changing out some flappers. However, 2 toilets still leaked after the flappers where changed.

Second plumber came out to

A) install 2 rainfall shower heads (1 decent size at 18inches and one big size to help me with installing at 40inches) and
B) check why the two toilets are still leaking.

Second plumber only checked the one toilet and than left to get parts. Never returned that day even when I called him to remind him about the rest of the job.

He came back the next week after I called the office. But didn't do any work just ""took notes"" on the work to be done.

Called again, three weeks in, toilets still not working, and was told would be $400 for a simple mount to ceiling job that I wanted a plumber to help me - only because the shower head was heavy and I can't do myself - when I said that's too expensive I'll just have the handy man help with that, was told ""sorry have a nice day."" No scheduling or anything else about the smaller shower head.

So 3+ weeks now, 2 non functioning toilets (master bedroom and downstairs common room) and still no shower heads for the downstairs shower (18inch) or master shower (oversized 40"")

Very annoyed former customer without working toilets. If you need timely service with the job actually completed or have any marginally atypical job request, look elsewhere.

These guys were great. From the first call they were friendly and knowledgeable. They said they would happily come to work on a gas hookup as they are certified by SW Gas to handle such situations. They communicated throughout the process. Appointment was a breeze. Guy didn't have all right parts but that was due to an irregular size gas pipe fitting on my house. Had a quote from another company for over 400. They came out and did it for 150. Whew what a great company. Will keep these guys on speed dial for my plumbing and has needs.

Called to get a water spout outdoor fixed, wasn't sure what it needed so depended on them for the quote and inspection. I was told no problem pricing between $150-$200.00 ok, so I go ahead and schedule it only to find out a few hours prior to the work being done that oh it's somehow now a bigger job and going to cost $500.00 and cutting open a wall despite the first inspection not mentioning any of this. So now you have doubled the price and given me no valid explanation as to why it turned into double the price and a bigger job even though they had already come out and looked at the issue. I was given no reasonable or plausible explanation to this. Pretty disappointed in the service and communication and they did not seem to care at all. I wouldn't recommend them for plumbing needs. Service guy Josh was nice but company as a whole doesn't seem to care to communicate.

I hired them twice to do work in my house. I have to say the company is organized, they communicate properly, their workers know what they're doing and they do a good job.
That being said they get paid per hour and they will drag time doing nothing to get more money out of you.
This last time the plumber came to fix a leak under sink. Had to go get parts and return another week. Came back two weeks later, said he was going to ""go to the truck to get the parts"". Half an hour later he came back. Spent 40' trying to replace a sink faucet hose, without being able to and while being advised by the homeowner to concentrate on the leak. Finished, went to the truck to get the paperwork. Came back another half an hour later!!...... I got charged $300, it took two days and about 5 hours of my time to change two PEX pipes under a sink that would take any handiman 15mins.
I called the company to let them know I was being charged two hours of labor while one of them the employee spent outside of my house doing God knows what. They said a service manager was going to look into my bill. They cashed the check and never got back to me, so evidently, it's the way they are used to operate.
The first time wasn't much different I got charged an hour and a half of labor for replacing a shower arm.
Thank you, but never again, might have to go with a smaller company that has more respect for their customers time and money.

We've been a customer of this company for 20 years since our neighbor is now a retired employee. In the middle of the night, water heater #6 blew after only 2 years. So, I called first thing this morning and was told they would NOT honor the 6 year warranty and I would need to pay $1300 full price for a new install of the same crappy brand. So, I called around. Two other companies offered to honor the warranty and replace it. I was shocked! Why would a company we never used honor a warranty that the company who installed the water heater just two years ago refused to honor? As it turned out, we decided to go with a tankless system and avoid the repeated future failure. So, I called back to inform them that ""other"" companies would indeed honor the warranty and that they had lost a customer and our referrals. I was then told that Roseanna misspoke and they would now honor the warranty. Too late! I will post a great review of the company that showed up on time and with a new tankless system and who spent all day to make sure we were taken care of by this evening.

I have been a property manager in the Las Vegas community for over 10 years and I have tried many plumbing companies. I have to say AA Cassaro Plumbing is the best!! They are not only the most honest company but they do the best work and they are the friendliest. From the plumbers to the office team and the owners....you guys are awesome!!!

I've used AA Cassaro Plumbing twice, now. Once to fix a leak under my toilet and today to replace my kitchen faucets. When I initially called about my sink, the receptionist asked if I had my own replacement faucet and when I said I did not, she recommended I go purchase one at Lowe's or Home Depot because it would save me a LOT of money to buy it myself rather than have them provide it. Then all they have to do is install it for me. I thought that was really nice and honest! Both plumbers that have been to my house are very friendly and professional, and service is speedy and affordable.
