Highly recommended(!) We replaced toilets in both bathrooms and had a full-house water purifier system installed. The system works great, less soap now needed for laundry and the dishes come out of the dishwasher without spots. Also, great tasting water from every faucet in the house. Cassaro's ripped-out the old kitchen under-sink purifier free-of-charge when we asked Joe if that would be included in the quote he had already given us. They arrived on-time, good communication, accurate billing (and NO, we didn't have a problem with their credit card fees since we wrote a check) - and most importantly, the work was performed in a competent and professional manner. Only unexpected complication was the replacement of the water pressure reducer valve, it was original to the house and 25 years-old, --including parts and labor, was towards the lower end of the going rate now days for such a replacement.

It is refreshing to know this company genuinely cares about its customers. From the internal to the external employee's, we have always received the greatest customer service. We have had re-pipes, water heater, water leaks, clogged drains and sewer lines and they have always resolved the issue.

Sam, the Plumbing Service Manager made sure I knew the scope of work involved & wanted to be sure my aunt fully understood as well...which she did. Joe and his team are the best! I have a commercial kitchen that has had some challenges and they came through everytime, on time! They are knowledgable and pleasant and fixed a situation I thought was unfixable..thanks to all who helped make it happen from start to finish!

The appointment time came and passed. Received a call twenty minutes later claiming service provider problems and could I reschedule in a couple of hours. No, I took off work to be there on time. Had to return to work.

Joe the owner is a master plumber but unfortunately that's not who is going to come to your house to fix your plumbing. My guy Felix was on the younger side and had only worked for the company for 5 months. Decent but not great. Replaced the pressure reducing valve out in garage. Forgot to put collar on first so had to unsweat the just installed pipe to install it (I had to point it out). And he did part of it out on my nice driveway instead of getting a scrap of wood so of course I have a burn mark from his torch.

The valve they used (I trusted them to get the valve I needed) was only $300 from Home Depot (has to be ordered though) but they picked it up at the local supply house and charged me $700! I know there's a markup for picking it up but not $400. With the labor the valve replacement was around $1000 (Joe had previously told me it would be around $600). I don't ever expect anything to cost what someone says but this was almost double. Better companies out there.

Please note, it's very rare for me to be annoyed enough to post a review.

Purchasing manager and scheduler have been great on the phone.

First plumber was fine on changing out some flappers. However, 2 toilets still leaked after the flappers where changed.

Second plumber came out to

A) install 2 rainfall shower heads (1 decent size at 18inches and one big size to help me with installing at 40inches) and
B) check why the two toilets are still leaking.

Second plumber only checked the one toilet and than left to get parts. Never returned that day even when I called him to remind him about the rest of the job.

He came back the next week after I called the office. But didn't do any work just ""took notes"" on the work to be done.

Called again, three weeks in, toilets still not working, and was told would be $400 for a simple mount to ceiling job that I wanted a plumber to help me - only because the shower head was heavy and I can't do myself - when I said that's too expensive I'll just have the handy man help with that, was told ""sorry have a nice day."" No scheduling or anything else about the smaller shower head.

So 3+ weeks now, 2 non functioning toilets (master bedroom and downstairs common room) and still no shower heads for the downstairs shower (18inch) or master shower (oversized 40"")

Very annoyed former customer without working toilets. If you need timely service with the job actually completed or have any marginally atypical job request, look elsewhere.
