Eddie R is my HERO! I had a shady home warranty company out to diagnose and fix my ac that was not working. Long story short, almost two weeks later I was still without ac and we are in the middle of 100+ temp heat wave! They said I needed a new motor and control board. After fighting with them for a week to come back out and fix it I decided to call my mom's trusty go to AA Atlas (I have a previous stellar review for them she asked me to post! )! Two days layer, my ac is fixed and running and the shady companies diagnosis was COMPLETELY incorrect (gasp!). Eddie was amazing and had my ac back on in 30 min at a ridiculously low cost! I could not be happier! I had to stay in a hotel last night since my house was so hot! Eddie was professional and was VERY knowledgeable with my system. Without a doubt I will be calling them for any and all problems I may encounter in the future! Thank you Eddie R! You are AWESOME!

When we received our AC bill of almost 250 dollars, I knew we needed an AC check-up. My husband, who I bugged for months and who was in denial that anything was wrong, finally made the call. Turns out we had a freon leak. So, we had the team at AA come out and install a new furnace and compressor. We also had our ductwork done and asbestos removed. Brian and Ian were amazing. I've never seen a team work so hard. We now are enjoying our new air and what a difference it has made. Looking forward to our next bill and to see the amount drop. Thank you AA for your professionalism and hard work. We won't hesitate to call again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our air conditioning was constantly running and did not seem as cold as it used to be. I had noticed some oil leaking from one of the pipes, but I didn't want to admit that the system might need to be replaced. My wife gently prodded me to call and have it checked out.

We called AA Atlas, and Randy came out to service the system. He explained I had a freon leak, and that I should probably have the system (20-year-old compressor and original, 40-year-old coil) replaced including the crappy furnace we had. He gave me a few options (from repairing what I had to replacing the whole system), and my wife and I decided to go whole hog and have everything replaced (ducts, furnace, coil, compressor, and even the registers). Randy was not pushy, very genuine, and reasonable.

On the day of the installation (the asbestos-containing duct work had been removed the day before) Bryan and Ian showed up on time (9:00 a.m.) and began installing the system. They made sure to put down plenty of drop cloths to minimize the mess and proceeded to bust their assess taking out the old system and installing the new one. Luckily the day they installed the system it was not too hot, so they did not die in the attic. They worked pretty much straight through the day until about 6:30 p.m. Randy came by earlier in the afternoon to finish up the compressor outside while Bryan and Ian finished up inside.

Our new system is colder, much quieter, and more efficient (It may sound strange, but we can't wait to see our next electric bill).

Throughout the process everyone was professional, worked hard, and did a great job.

I couldn't believe how hard they all worked to get the job done, especially Bryan and Ian. Those two guys are studs.

I would not hesitate to recommend AA Atlas Plumbing, Heating, and Air.

Finally called AA Atlas to look at my home AC. I had partially convinced myself that I was going to need a new system as it is close to 30 years old.

Bryan (who is substantially younger than my AC unit) showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem , a bad capacitor. He had a replacement on the truck and swapped the part.

Great deal $241 and 30 minutes later I had my precious air conditioning back. It had not worked in over two years, now I'm kicking myself for not calling them sooner.

Bryan S was extremely nice, caring, and able to understand the situation that we had with our AC. He described everything in terms that we understood that were very helpful to us. He was really friendly and was very helpful. He is a very good guy and fixed our problem for a great cost. He made our 16 year old AC!!! Please consider using the company and especially Bryan. I love writing reviews for companies that offer their clients a fair shake. I don't know about you, but whenever I ask someone to come to my house to give me an estimate on something I always get this sick feeling in my stomach as soon they open their mouth. That's definitely not the case with Eddie. He came over to the house, he was very easy to talk to, and he was very professional. You could tell that he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't just throwing numbers around to take all your hard earned money because he could. It seemed to me that he loves his job and really cared about helping people. Imagine that.....""Money doesn't make the world go round and there are still some decent people left in the world."" My A/C goes out yesterday. I call and leave a message at 9 pm last night to this firm (found through yelp). Received not one, but two, follow-up calls by 8:30 this morning. They schedule me between 1 pm - 3 pm on the same day. I get a call at 1:45 pm that my guy is on the way!!! By now it is 87 degrees in my house. The next few days are supposed to be brutally hot. I am worried about my old dog who can't tolerate the heat and my houseguests who are arriving on Sunday.

Bryan shows up with a big smile and little booties and he gets right to work! Diagnoses my problem. Has the part right on his truck. Brings the old part in to show me exactly what was wrong, uses his meter to show me how dead my capacitor is, quotes me a reasonable price, and my A/C is now cranking!! What a delightful experience this has been from start to finish!!!

This is a wonderful family business and I am now a customer for life. You should be too!!!!

What a great company! This was my first time using AA Atlas. I am very happy with the service I received today. Brain the technician took a few seconds before getting started to introduce himself & tell me about the company & how many years it has been in business. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Brian had the parts on his truck to fix the AC and had it running within an hour. I defiantly will be calling AA Atlas in the future for any of our plumbing, heat or AC needs and would highly recommend them. On a side note the office staff that I spoke to when scheduling my appointment was very pleasant and helpful with excellent customer service!
