I am very pleased with the service form AA Anthony's Plumbing.

We admittedly waited too long to have our sewer lines cleaned and started to get water backing up. They arrived the same day and were able to address the problem quickly; although, it was a bigger job than we both originally thought.

That said, there communication was very clear at the outset to say it could be one of two things. If option 1, the cost is x. If option 2, the cost is y. In reality, I think we discovered option 3, but they held firm on their original proposal and have a very happy customer.

Therefore, I will be using them again AND will arrange to have the sewer line clean out on a regular basis to avoid the same issue the next time around.

I called to make an appointment. The receptionist took down my name and number and Tony called me back. We set up a time for him to come out and check my garbage disposal. Had no idea that I would get service the same day.

Tony inspected my garbage disposal, and it turned out that it was not broken. He made some suggestions, but didn't try to persuade me to get the services unless I actually wanted them or needed them. I called this company based on the Yelp reviews mentioning how HONEST the company was. Tony was just that, honest and transparent. His prices are reasonable too. I would definitely use him again.

Called and the girl on the phone said that a plumber can check out the flooding coming from upstairs. I was happy he came to check it out and he gave me advice on what my next steps would be. So I was really happy that someone actually ""cared"" about my situation.

I sent him a text that I will speak to him but was not able to one time due to work. So I texted him a couple times and no answer. Next day I tried calling him and he said he will call back and never did.

Sorry you're not going to get any business from me!

Don't be fooled into thinking this is a plumbing and sewer company. AAAnthony runs a full construction business. We first called Anthony when we had what we thought was 'sewer gas'. We had a few people come and try to tell me it was from the garbage disposal. Even AFTER it was removed! Anthony came in and diagnosed the problem right away. Apparently, when Airroom remodeled our kitchen, they never vented the sink properly. Anthony fixed it and....no more sewer gas odor. Then we had a problem with water leaking into the downstairs bathroom. At that time, we decided that even though we had enough material to repair the issue, we went ahead with a full remodel. AAAnthony and his crew were timely and immaculate. They never left anything behind so you could tell there was work being done. While they were working, they were respectful of the sleeping baby and our barking dog. We have had them back to do other small projects and we are doing the kitchen in the spring. I can't wait to see how it turns out. EVERYONE that has seen the bathroom has said they have never seen such a perfect tile job! Thanks Anthony!!! See you soon!

Called Tony to fix / replace tub faucet cylinder - I sent him photo and he quoted me over the phone. This was first time calling him but I just felt comfortable with his demeanor and his approach. I really liked that he removed shoes without being asked and respected the homes environment. He was totally comfortable being watched as he fixed the problem. He answered questions and was very personable. The pricing was fair for an Urban area. Tony and his crew will be the first call for any plumbing issues and for referrals to other quality craftsman.

I recently purchased a home in Skokie and shortly after moving in, I realized there was water being drained from my home into my neighbors yard. I didn't have any referrals for a plumber so I skeptically turned to yelp. I contacted AA Anthony's Plumbing & Sewer and explained what my issue was to the lady who answered the phone on a Friday evening. Tony promptly called me back a few minutes later and he scheduled to stop by my home the following morning at 8am. He was very personable, professional, and also five minutes early (this is a huge deal for me since I'm in the military). After evaluating my problem, he gave me a quote, which was less than I anticipated, and said he would be back later that afternoon to complete the job. He was on his way to another scheduled job when he stopped by that morning. I received a call a few hours later and Tony and his coworker showed up ready to work. They fixed my issue, gave me a detailed explanation of what was done and why it was done that way, and cleaned up the work site upon completion. I highly recommend AA Anthony's Plumbing & Sewer and will definitely be using them for all my plumbing and sewer needs.

My Mom recently suffered a stroke and when the toilets backed up we needed someone to quickly fix the problem.

I called AA Anthony's Plumbing & Sewer Inc. at 8 am and they were at the house by 9 am. They were able to quickly assess the situation, which was clogged pipes from the toilets to the trap and serious tree roots from the trap to the front of the house. Tony and his co-worker got down and dirty and by 12 noon the problems were resolved. Tony was also able to fix the flushers on the toilets.

I would definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend them to anybody who needs to have quick and professional plumbing service. They are awesome!

This company is by far the best plumbing and all-around house project company I have ever worked with. The owner, Tony, has practically become a part of our family-that is how amazing he is! He and his fantastic team saved us from near-disaster when we moved into our home, and since then, has helped us with many projects. Tony is very personable and extremely knowledgable. You won't find another man with as much know-how as he has. We appreciate how fair his pricing is.
We love knowing that a company such as this exists where we live. We don't know what we would do without Tony and his team.

They responded immediately to an emergency sewer issue that we had. Tony said he would be out in 1-2 hours. He arrived within the hour. He assessed the issue and said he would have to go back to the shop for a new pump. Also told me the price including installation and labor. He was back in 20-30 minutes and had us up and running within an hour at the price he quoted. Great service that was very fair and affordable. I would highly recommend.
