I've used A2Z twice, once for a broken shower handle and this most recent time for a clogged drain and leaking sink. On both occasions Zach has accommodated my schedule on very short notice. He's very honest which will always have me rely on him for any plumbing need.

I needed a plumber to repair a tub faucet for one of my tenants in Riverside. Even tho it was in the late afternoon when I contacted Zach, he told me he would try and drive to Riverside and fix my tenant's tub faucet. Mind you, he was on his way to Upland to repair another customer's plumbing.
I figured he would not make it that night, but instead the following day. I was delighted to hear from my tenant the next day, that Zach did in fact show up and repair the faucet and everything went smoothly. Thank you, Zach! I had called another company with over 200 5 star reviews, and they told me they wouldn't be able to make there until Sept 5!!!! His price was more than reasonable, too!!

I was comfortable with price since I'm familiar with that type of work and he got to it. I sent out a request on Yelp and Zach's company was one the first to respond. I called and he answered (ON A SUNDAY) and he set up the appt to stop by the upcoming Wednesday. He was punctual, professional, fixed my dishwasher drainage, updated my bathtub stopper, and checked out my water heater. I'd use them again if and when.
UPDATE: so I needed a plumber again. I called Zach at A2Z early on a Monday and he was at my home and fixed the problem Monday afternoon. Thank you for your efficiency and excellent work!

Zack and Scott were a phenomenal team and were absolutely delightful to work with. Not only did they provide the service of flushing our tankless water heater, they also offered a couple hardware upgrade installations at no extra cost, in order for the system to work more efficiently. My wife and I were very impressed with the technical knowledge that they had and the ability to convey it in an articulate manner that was easily understood. I can honestly say that there are not many reliable plumbing contractors with the skill set that these guys have, and I could not be more grateful for their work. You won't be disappointed if you call this plumbing service!! Mr. Zimmerman his professional ,knowledgeable, very reasonable, and super honest. I had some plumbing problems in my bathroom, kitchen and outside and all resolved quickly and there was no mess afterwards . I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this business deserves it!
