My old water heater turned off and when I re-start the pilot light after a few seconds it started to occasionally back fire. So I called A2Z for repairs. They sent a guy who just looked at it and without checking anything told me that it can't be fixed. He said that I would need to replace it with a new one which would cost over $2000. I told him that he didn't even see if the burner etc. could be replaced. I told him I'll think about it and he left. Then right away I get a call from A2Z saying you need to buy a new one from us for something like $2030 or pay $90 dollars for inspection. I don't mind paying for inspection but the guy didn't even look and turned on the heater to find what's wrong and if it could be repaired and right off the bat wanted me to get a new water heater.
Please don't waste your time and money with A2Z they are trying to make you buy their appliance and services not help you. Their price for installing a new heater is not even compatible with other places. I paid $90 for someone who just wanted to sell his heater and not even look at my problem. What a clever scheme!
Avoid A2Z like a plague.

We had a broken pipe connector with the washer which my Dad was struggling to get fixed so when , A2Z plumbing was called he was able to come and check for us even though it was getting late, we really appreciate the work since we really needed the water to be working again, we really appreciate the information that was given as well as his work, we would call again if needed and definitely recommend to anyone.

Zach is the real deal. He knows his stuff and really values his clients. He has pride in his work, and is a true problem solver. I would trust Zach to do any work he says he can do, as he is honest and only tells you the facts. He isn't trying to snow you like some of the other plumbing companies I called. I had a prior bad experience with a ""treats you like gold"" plumbing company that charged me over 2000 dollars to repair a kitchen drain pipe clog under the house, then the other company had forgotten to even put nuts on the pipes to hold them together. After that nightmare, I was soo scared to call a plumber again. Well Zach restored my faith that there are still honest tradesmen out there that take pride in their work and whose word is their bond. Even though his field currently is plumbing he has a great knowledge of general mechanical physics including electricity and electronics. He didn't say that to me, but I am in those fields and can tell when I'm dealing with a competent cross discipline technician. Bottom line, Call Him, and prepare to witness excellent work done, timely, with pride of workmanship, and at a fair price. Treat him good. I needed my garbage disposal replaced and I called around a few different places and A2Z had by far the best price. Called them and they were able to come out the next day. He explained the problem in words I could understand, was friendly, punctual, and cleaned up the area nicely after he was done. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with his work. I needed a plumber ASAP on a Saturday morning, I called around and no one was able to come by until Monday. I was referred to A2Z plumbing by another local business (which was really cool of them). Zack was able to come out within two hours and fixed the issue very quickly and explained everything to me, he is friendly and his prices are fair. I would definitely call him again if we have any other issues.

I needed a plumber to repair a tub faucet for one of my tenants in Riverside. Even tho it was in the late afternoon when I contacted Zach, he told me he would try and drive to Riverside and fix my tenant's tub faucet. Mind you, he was on his way to Upland to repair another customer's plumbing.
I figured he would not make it that night, but instead the following day. I was delighted to hear from my tenant the next day, that Zach did in fact show up and repair the faucet and everything went smoothly. Thank you, Zach! I had called another company with over 200 5 star reviews, and they told me they wouldn't be able to make there until Sept 5!!!! His price was more than reasonable, too!!
