Kristen H.I got myself into quite a pickle one Friday, and my small update to our upstairs bathroom turned into a quick nightmare. While working to re-sheet rock the bathroom a pipe to the sink, completely fell out of the wall.
After a couple calls with no luck I got A2B on the phone, for starters, Amber answered an even through my terrible description of what I had done she calmly and politely got me on the schedule.
Not long after, help was on the way.
Not only helpful, quick, but knowledgeable. Brian diagnosed a problem that I wouldn't of known unless he pointed it out. (It's an old house) got us all fixed up for the weekend since I got ahold of them towards the end of the day Friday, and first thing Monday morning, Amber called us back an sent them back our way. Now I have an updated set up, and even went ahead an had them update the toilet!
Overly happy with finding A2B.
We even have set up getting a bath to shower update in the near future.
