Dump truck #102 turned in my lane on I-95 and has a massive rock leak. Multiple rocks hit my $40,000 car and scratched up the paint all over the front bumper and the hood.. The guy got out and looked and said he would tell the boss but I had to get the business contact information first. I then called the office and the """"secretary"""" answered the phone with a hideous attitude. Told me it wasn't their responsibility and I should've been far enough behind the truck..? Maybe if the truck was up to date legally and wasn't rusty from top to bottom, and the load was strapped in how it was suppose to, no rocks would fall out...! She continued to give me a attitude and said """"are you going to leave your name and number for the owner or not?!"""".. When I asked when I might get a response, the smart ass said """"1:28pm!! I don't know! He comes and goes as he pleases and will get back to you when he wants!"""".. I provided my contact information and hung up. If I don't hear back within 3 days, I will keep my review the way it is now, and I'm already filling out a report now with the Florida highway patrol. After 3 days, if I don't get a response, I will file the report with my insurance company and will have them chase you guys down for the money themselves. Your guys call, but I won't be paying for the scratches on my car because of your dump truck

Changed from cast iron sewer pipes under house to larger capacity pvc They came when they said, and did a great job on time as scedueled Fantastic crew that worked hard all the time I highly recomend these people for this type of work!

After a lot of research on plumbing companies that tunnel under houses to remove old cast iron pipes and replace them with PVC pipes the decision was made to use A-1 Underground Plumbing in Davie, Fl. I signed the contract with them and gave them the 1/3 deposit that they required. They pulled the permit from the city and we were placed on the list for them to schedule our house. I was glad to see that they had a list because that told me they were in demand and this wasn't going to be their first rodeo. Ever so often I would call them to check to see where on their list we were, I remember when they told me I was number 23 on their list LOL. Well staying in character I called them a couple weeks ago and was told that there were three jobs in front of ours. She asked me if any of those customers were not ready would we be ready? I told her absolutely we're ready today. Last Sunday they called me to advise me that they would be here between 8-8:30 Monday morning I said great bring it. At 8:00 Monday morning they were at my front door, and the job began. What a professional, polite and knowledgeable crew. They worked hard all day long doing a very hard and exhausting job. The next morning and every morning after until they completed the job they were here at 8:00 sharp. They completed the job in just 6 days, they cleaned up after themselves every day. The last day they put sod down replacing the grass that they had to dig up for the tunnel, even though they put a tarp down on the driveway when the stones were to shoot under the house where they removed the dirt for the tunnel they washed down the driveway. When they pulled away there was no telltale sign that they were here. The moral to this is if you're even thinking or planning to have your cast iron pipes replaced A-1 UNDERGROUND PLUMBING in Davie is who you need to contact (family owned and operated). Did I mention that their prices were great too!!!

Very professional and punctual. They execute the job to the full extent of our agreement. Their workers were very polite and they left the property in good condition. Working with Beau and Ms Terry was very easy. They are great people to work with. I would recommend A1 Plumbing to all my friends and family. Lastly, their pricing was very reasonable.

RUN! If I could give negative stars, I would. They caused hundreds of dollars of damage to our property, tried to hide it, and then had the nerve to suggest that it was pre-existing. They were unpunctual, and rude to the point of nastiness. (After the contract was signed, of course!) There was never any apology offered, or even an attempt to make repairs, even though the damage was clearly visible and obvious. If we were younger and wealthier, we would have sued. This was a nightmare. STAY AWAY!

A1 is an extremely professional company. They completely re-plumbed my house and property. Everything was first rate. Their employees were not just polite and respectful, but clearly well trained and professional. They did a very diligent job in repairing the lawn and landscaping, which was extensively torn up due to a lot of required digging and trenching. I am happy to refer them to others.
