This company has purchased various plumbing forms from us, during different times of the year, and after 4 months of using our forms, they contacted their bank and requested a chargeback, they could have contacted us for support, of contacted us when they first received their forms if they were not happy, but they chose to place a chargeback and not pay for the goods. Not only have we lost the value of the goods, but bank has also charged us for the chargeback. Our contact with A1 Teddy Feldman Plumbing Company of West Palm Beach in Florida, was not pleasant as it only brought loss to others.
