I had A-1 Tec Service install an infiltrator chamber leach field for my washing machine effluent on 7/28/16. I had to re-pipe the connection from my lint trap chamber to the infiltrator chamber and they did not install an end cap on the far end of the chamber. In spite of several calls to Richard and his promise to deliver the end cap (For me to install) he has not delivered the end cap. I have found a source to purchase an end cap and will buy one and install it myself so I can finish the installation of the leach field. I would recommend that anyone wanting a leach field installed look for a different contractor

I would not recommend A1- TEC SERVICE to connect a garden hose. Frist off, it took them 62 days to complete a 4-5 day job. I contracted with them to install a new tank less gas hot water system. After a few days the unit stop producing hot water after a 3-4 minutes of operating. I called A1- TEC SERVICE and they would not return my calls. I then went to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Then, the owner of A1-TEC SERVICE called me and said he would be out that same day. Well, he never showed or called. A1-TEC SERVICE has ignored all my calls and is refusing to honor their one year warranty on labor and a ten year warranty on the unit. I had to hire a honest contractor to fix the problem that A1-TEC SERVICE would not. Take a good look at the BBB web site and other places to check out A1-TEC SERVICE background and history before you spend your money!

These people came out and never even really looked for the problem I mentioned. Made assumptions without evidence! Wanted to cut my pipes in pieces to insert a snake, when I had a clean out under the sink!They were too lazy to bring their own power cord and used mine instead and trampled over my Christmas lights and broke them! Then they still did not use a camera to look for the problem and just blasted the pipe full of water using my hose and broke it with the pressure built up and created a mud bath in my crawl space! After that they told me that my pipe had collapsed and wanted an additional $ 800 to take to old out and replace with a new one! Claiming 4 hrs of work!!! I had to pay them $ 127.50 for this experience and they couldn't even fix my problem! So, I went ahead the next day, bought a PVC 90 long elbow, 2 x 12 ft 2"""" pipe, some pipe glue and a coupling and started to get the :problem pipe out. There were no signs of collapsed pipe to be seen. I was very upset at what they claimed has happened. I replaced it myself anyway without any problems and leaks for about $ 15.00 and 1 hrs of work! Beware of these people!
