Didn't use this company, but I just called and they charge $140 minimum for just an estimate for a French drain installation. If you use them, they credit it back, if not, you're out $140.00. I've called several other places for estimates and this is the first I've ever heard of a charge for just coming out to look. (And we're local to them, so it's not because of location) Don't know if they do good work, that estimate fee is enough to keep me from finding out.

called and they assigned a guy to reach me and scheduled a time, but when I get there on schedule, the contractor just never shows up, nor return call or message. called the company line and went directly to the voicemailbox.
If a guy while doing estimation be such kind of response, how you can rely on their service and future follow up if something happens?

Complete Scam. Stay away from these criminals. Called for a sewer line camera inspection after getting periodic water in the basement. They came and claimed that they could not do the camera inspection because the line was full of water. They tried to prove this by opening the vent pipe and claiming the water at the bottom of the vent pipe mean't the line was full. That is complete BS. Then they said they must snake the line. They wanted to charge $325 on a weekday. Way overpriced. They snaked the line to about 30 feet and then stopped, claiming they could go no more. (I had the line snaked the entire 60 feet twice in the last two months so I know that was BS). Then they told me I needed a hydro-jet treatment that was guaranteed for two years. They wanted $2800 for that. At first I said yes and then a few minutes later after I got another price for the same job at $599 I told them it was overpriced and to forget it. They claimed that the hydrojet equipment was already on its way and after some arguing offered the service for $2100.00 and basically refused to leave my property without a check for $775.00. Remember up to this point they accomplished nothing. I agreed under duress to the $2100.00 which was to include the camera inspection, the snake out (which didn't happen) and the hydrojet. The hydrojet arrived and they spent about ten minutes in the sewer line with it and then they put the camera down the line and it looked like a jungle in there. (the hydrojet is supposed to basically liquefy anything it comes in contact with) so again this was part of the scam. I asked them to please try and clean it up with the snake or the jet and they refused and left. Additionally they told me that the $2100.00 could be applied to the repair job and that I was not a candidate for trenchless sewer line repair because my house is on a small hill. (again this is BS). I told them to send me the estimate. They said it would be in my email box in 24 hours. The estimate never arrived because they had no intention of ever returning to do the repair. They got the check (which was made out to someones personal account) and were gone for good. I called Service Professionals the next day and they came with a camera and a trenchless solution with 0% financing for 18 months and my sewer line was repaired the next day with a 50 year warranty and a 10 year no clog guarantee. Two days later I stopped the check to A1 which was invoiced as DeLusso. Yesterday (Sunday) two of these criminals stopped by my house to confront me regarding the stopped check. I told them they were scam artists and to take me to court. One of the dirtbags threatened to ""Fuck me Up"". I told them to leave my property and threatened to call the police. They left. I did notify my local police department in case they return to do something stupid. Stay away from these criminals and call Service Professionals first.

I called this company and they put me in contact with someone to come out and clean my clogged downspout drain. This contractor (Robert) called me back and we scheduled and appointment for the following day. The appointment time of 2:30 came and passed. No phone call, no communication. At 3:00 I called Robert and left a voicemail. At 3:35 I called another, more reliable company, who sent someone out immediately. I then called Robert with a courtesy call to cancel and he answered and explained he was just leaving his last job. No thank you, take me off your schedule. Completely unprofessional to not have made a call to tell me you were running late. Skip this company and spend your time and money elsewhere with someone more reliable.
