Had to replace my old backflow preventer. I did the work myself by putting in a brand new 420XL. I called several individuals, but I got no exact time, no call back and no replies from most. I even had one plumber come to my home and tell me it failed the inspection and wanted me to pay him to take apart the brand new unit and fix it. I was furious and told him to go away. , In comes A1 SERVICE PLUMBING. The Manager/dispatch gentleman told me, """"If I say our plumber will be there around 16:00 he will be there around 16:00 and he was. The gentleman from A1 Plumbing was great. He did the inspection and told me it passed and there was no problem with it. Their prices for the Backflow/Cross connect Is more than fair and very reasonable. Coupled with their professionalism they saved the day and I have no threat of having my water shut off and I didn't get taken for a financial ride. Thank You Gentlemen.

Four guys and a full day to put in a light weight acrylic bathtub and still not get it right. Then they have to come back and cut holes in the wall because they forgot to put foam under the tub. Then I have to call another plumber in because they didn't strap the tub valve and they put the hot and cold cartridge in wrong, so we had to cut another hole in the wall. They wouldn't return my call. They should call these guys Dumb and Dumber Plumbers.

I needed a quote for repiping my house. I called twice and spoke to someone in the office. I was told the owner Mike would call that day but no call. I called back the next day and I spoke to the same person and he told me Mike was on his way back to the office and he would call me back when Mike got there and put him on the phone with me. Never got a call back.

I have been using A-1 Service Plumbing for 18 years and they are the best! They are always there for me when I need them. They do excellent work, priced fairly and MOST importantly I can trust them! Mike is awesome and I can always count on him. I had to re-plumb both of my properties; shopped around but always came back to A-1. They handle all of my plumbing needs. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Thanks A-1!
