I didn't know what the hell a retrofit inspection or certificate was when selling my condo but I was referred to Brad by a realtor. You don't ask too many questions because there's so many things you need to do to sell that you just do it! He is a friendly guy and have a fair price and didn't try to upsell me or tell me I need repairs that weren't necessary. It was quick and easy and he sent the certificate to escrow the next day. I highly recommend using A1.

Brad does a nice job but he never replies to email or voicemail or phone calls so it's just if by luck he will get back with you and really isn't very dependable overall. It's just a one-man company so I guess you can't expect that much. I'd recommend a larger company that has some integrity and is responsive.

Brad doesn't charge excess fees, solves problems if any,
doesn't overcharge, very fair prices and he is available at a moments
notice.. He's helped me out with problems on other companies that
overcharge and take a long time to reschedule to finalize.
Save yourself problems, call him first.
