This guy shows up claims he charges by the job not the hour and it'll be $300 to unclog the kitchen drain. I reluctantly agreed. An hour later he says the clog must be under the house and asks me how much cash I have on me. I said $40. He said ok give me that. I did. He packed his stuff up and left. I turned on the water and it started running out of a pipe he had cut into while cutting a hole out of me wall. I text him a pic of the cut up pipe and told him he had cut my pipe. He never responded. He will never be back to my house.

We had sewer backup in our basement shower and toilet. Called the owner and he came out that same day. He quoted us $800 for using a snake and camera. Then added another $300 for use of a hydro jet to flush out drains. Never got any clog out, but water was flowing through that part of the drain. Less than 48 hours later, we have the same problem. We called him out again and he looked with the camera in our outside access only but didn't see anything. Was going to charge us to do anything else. We refused to pay him more money so he left. Called him about it the next day to tell him he needs to fix the problem we paid him to fix and he raised his voice at me and said he didn't like my attitude and then hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Now we are out $1100 and still stuck with our original problem.

I tried his service, very unprofessional, doesn't charge according to prices on site, and threathened to sue for slander because someone else gave him a bad review. Save yourself respect, time and money. We went the buds plumbing and they fixed us up right away.

If you go to the tire shop with a flat and the guys says hey we dont have the tire to fix your problem, that will be 210 dollars for looking at it, that would be A1 redi rooter service. Very poor service, he gets paid for it though, it's what he does! Shady plumber of the year!!!!

We had a clog in our upstairs bathroom, the toilet was backing up into the shower. We hired A1 Redi Rooter to unclog the drain. They quoted $300 on the phone and said they would be out later that afternoon. They didn't arrive until 6:30 pm and quoted a new price of $375. By that time everything else had closed for the day so we allowed them to do the work for the new price. The work was done on Monday, February 8th.
Friday, February 12th - We flushed the toilet in the upstairs bathroom (after not using that bathroom for the week) and the water came straight through my daughters ceiling. It is also coming up into the shower again. We called the company to let them know that they (obviously) didn't finish the job they were paid to do and they said it would cost an additional $300-$500 to finish the job. This was over the phone without coming out to the house. So, we paid for 4 days of unclogged drain.

Definitely don't recommend.

Called them on Sunday to fix a clog. Mike was out the next day by 10:00 and cleared the drain, and offered some great advice on keeping the drain clear.

Unfortunately, the work done didn't correct the problem. However, that wasn't the issue as things can happen and a return visit may be required. The issue being the work was guaranteed. We called and confirmed for a return which was never honored. We didn't receive a call stating a reschedule as well.
