Chose this plumber based upon review on Nextdoor app.
Called this company on Jan 26 at 8:30 am and set an appointment for the next day, Jan 27 at 8:30 for leaking valve.
On Jan 27, I took morning off from work to be home for plumber.
Plumber was a NO SHOW at scheduled appointment time nor did plumber give a telephone call or text regarding late/no show.
Sent plumber a text 1 hr after no show and received NO response from plumber regarding scheduled appointment.
Very unprofessional!
Don't waste your time with somebody who will only end up wasting your time.

These guys are the biggest rip-offs and frauds in the history of plumbing. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. I asked them to work on some electrical issues regarding my lights and they came, turned on the breaker, and charged me an insane amount of money for it. I told them to fix the breaker; not just turn it on and off. I could've done that myself and I knew that was the issue but everytime I restart the breaker, the problem comes back the next day. They said it will be ok and charged me and then left. The next day, just like what I told them, the issue came back. I wouldn't trust these guys to clean a bathroom let alone do any plumbing work.

I saw in there add free service call to give price on repairs, I called told them the problem, two guys came over one of them was the son of the owner of this company. These two guys could not give me a price it was beyond there scope but said there dad could do the job so I got there business card told them I would call there dad. I went inside and about 15mintures later I was leaving my home and noticed they were still parked by my drive way ,I put my walker in the car got in and one of them came up to me with a bill for $$100.00 for the service call which they did not even know how to fix. I looked at it threw it on the car seat and told him that the call was free no he wanted to fight about it , then he walked away I tried to calm down I am retired and 0ver 70 female, I got scared started to shake ,then I tried to leave here he comes again.I told him I was not gonna pay when there add says free estimate he tells me but the office sent two guys out I did not ask for two guys to be sent out ,he would not let me go ,then he said how about 75.00 so I gave him a check ,only because these guys scared me. I called the office the next day talked to the owner there father told him I was gonna report this to the police .He told me he would not cash the check. I have been scared to report this to anyone until now I just have to say something about this let the public know what they did to me. I have moved out of town now and have the guts to speak. Just was scared they would come after me again.there is more to the story but this will give u an idea of what I went threw

Rip-off artist...don't trust this company. See pictures of the bathtub installation, they speak for themselves. In addition to the terrible and incomplete tile work, Rick promised me ""brand new Moen fixtures"" and a porcelain tub and installed plastic fixtures and a hollow metal tub that's so cheap and so bad, I didn't even know bathtubs were made this crappy. Avoid A1 at all costs!

We are in escrow and need things fixed before we close.
Another plumbing company came out and quoted us over $900 for two small leaks. Rick was able to come out the same day and fix both leaks for $250. Very happy customers!

The supply line on my water heater was leaking and I got same day service from A1 Services. They came, fixed the issue and left...all within 15-20 minutes. Great service!! I'll definitely be calling them for the next repairs needed.

Dont ever go with these guys. They will take your money and run. They came for 5 mins, did nothing and demanded money. Complete waste of money and garbage no name company. Hire a professional

These are really down to earth guys who take care of business. I called late afternoon and he was able to squeeze me in to replace a water heater. He was priced fair and if any other plumbing issues come up he'll be the only one I call. Trustworthy person. Rick and his helper were quick and efficient. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. Anyone needing plumbing work done call these guys. They'll treat you fair.
