Had a drain issue and tony said he would be here to help. He never showed up or even had the respect to call me and let me know. I work night shift and sit up to wait on him. He is not very professional. I'll never refer him to anyone.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This company is a contractor for Lowe's and cancelled 3 separate appointments less than an hour before they were supposed to arrive. I called Lowes and they said this is not the first time this has happened with this contractor. I ended up finding a plumber on my own who came out within 2 hours of my call. Do not use this joke of a company!!

Call and set up a appt to put sink in salon left me waiting when I call them a hour after said they where on there way never showed. Set up another appt, Again no call no show. Very unprofessional

This buisness is a scam!!!! Do not use I called my home warranty insurance and this guy showed up first off i received a confirmation that a plumber who b there thurs. Then later that day another one saying someone would b there Wednesday I thought maybe something came open a day earlier ,NO!!! THIS GUY STOLE THE JOB FROM OUT FROM UNDER THE FIRST COMPANY....because after he came out wed and looked at my tub&told me he would order the jacuzzi motor & i paid him a 75$ service fee.. the first COMPANY still should up the next day looking confused. Wtf..then after to weeks i call him ask whats up with the parts he tells me it on back order but it will be in monday huh!! No call monday after another week I CALLED HIM AGAIN he says he got but hes been SICK (coughing on the phone)so i tell him call me when u get better after Another week i Called ask was he better yet? He tells me yeah but he had lost my # wtf?!! But he wolud be there wed morning ; no show after waitng hald the day I CALLED and he calls back tells me he fixing a leak at a bursing home out off town but he could come next day.... HE SHOWS UP!! Comes in my house looks under tub walks back to truck humps in and pulls off then calls and says he needed to run pik up a part mind u he walked rigt by me and said nothing AHTER BOUT 2 HRS...next thing u know i get a TXT HIS TRUCK BROKE DOWN HE ON THE SIDE OF ROAD WAITING ON HIS WIFE TO COME Get him after 2 more hrs I call he stops Answering but txt( he' ll call back ) so i call called my insurance company CHOICE HOME WARRANTY they call him while Im on the phone and he starts rambling on tge phone and hangs up on them after he said he couldnt come back out my house they should send someone else... Sound like he Ran out off lies i guess I think hes on Drugs!!!! Use At UR ON RISK. BUT YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

We hired this guy to come clear a septic backup. He came out, charged us $200,(he doesn't take credit cards btw) installed a cleanout, obstensibly cleared the blockage, and left. Two weeks later our garage begins flooding again with sewage. I leave him a message, the next day he texts and says he will be out later that day and will let me know when he's on the way. That's the last we have heard of him. Don't bother with this guy.

Tony came out to our place quickly and solved our toilet leak problem completely. Charged us a fair price too. I would definitely call him again for issues like this. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Had 4 items I've been needing repaired. A1 responded minutes after I requested a quote and was available the next day. Dishwasher was backing up into the sink. Sink drain pipe was separated from the sink and leaking. Had a leaking outdoor spigot. And I wanted to eliminate an unused garbage disposal. Quote was extremely reasonable. Work was done in a very timely manner. Could not be happier with the work A1 did for me. Would absolutely recommend them and will use them again if/when the need arises.

Really poor and unprofessional service. Tony came unprepared for the job and really didn't give any confidence that he knew what he was doing. Water spilled all over our kitchen floor and under the wooden cabinets. He didn't even have towels or a dish to gather the water. Would definitely not advise anyone to use this plumber!
