Ben was hours late to our first appointment, told me several times he'd have the estimate ready (still haven't received one) and scheduled with us twice to do the work, but didn't show up, call, text or email. Ben is unprofessional and has zero regards for others time.

Each time we called with a problem they have come right out. They are timely in their service and worked until the job is finished. Ben is awesome! I called this morning because my water was only luke warm all weekend and I changed the setting to almost hottest and still was warm. He knew right away what the problem was and squeezed me in his busy schedule because he was going to be in my area. Being that I had to leave for an appointment at certain time he made it way before I needed to leave. He has a list of services that I will keep in mind, being a home owner has lots a repair costs and my husband is no handy man. Lol. Just saying.
