Do you ever have to deal with a business that leaves you thinking: if they just pulled their weight & did their job, it'd be great? That's all I wanted.
1. Woman in the office is not nice / friendly. Would not lift a finger to make anything more than the most Minimal Effort
2. Did not return my call after 2 business days, so I had to call back (see number 1 for reference on how That went,..)
3. Having had them do work for me, I'm not quite confident in their work. Charlie was energetic & personable, the other guy was gruff & shut me down before I'd even finished my sentence - on more than 1 occasion.
I get its not a glamorous job, but it doesn't mean you've got to be miserable to your clients.

This is a great company. They are super prompt and do superb work. Their staff has a great attitude, even when having to clean out horrible clogged messes from old cast iron sewer lines. Can't recommend them highly enough. They even ran a camera to city main line to make sure my line was in OK shape, My plumber highly recommended them and I see why.

Sewer main clocked. Called A-1 who dispatched a team immediately. They were knowledgeable, friendly and they resolved the problem within a couple hours. I don't know what more you could want, their service is definitely A-1!

Just got a series of aggressive messages from Erin (owner?) complaining about my review. Apparently, Erin doesn't believe people should be allowed to review her company in a negative light. Sorry Erin, this is not communist Russia. Your customer service is HORRIBLE, and people deserve to know about it. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE AGGRESSIVE PEOPLE!!!!
