I received outstanding customer service from Adam at A1 Integrity plumbing. My hot water heater went out & had to be replaced. I thought the problem was solved until the new unit went out. I have a home warranty policy and there were some challenges in navigating that while trying to address the new unit that was not working. Adam patiently worked through the process, advocating on my behalf, until he got approval to swap out the new unit that wasn't working for a new replacement. It was a frustration for me & I know it was a pain for Adam. Very thankful for the great customer service & perseverance to work through the process.
