Used them for 25+ years. This year would NOT RECOMMEND!! Made 1st appt. for multiple repairs/faucet replacement. Waited 3 weeks for regular appt!. Cancelled literally last minute, was supposed to be at house btwn 9-11am called at 10:30 and said was still at out of town job!! I call B.S.!Rescheduled for 2 weeks later and NEVER SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT!!! What a load of CRAP. THEY LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THEIR B.S. NOT HAPPY. Looking for new plumber... disgusted.

Price was the best around! Service was adequate, I had to assist with attempting to connect a hose to hot water tank and/or sink to clean the AC unit.
The tech was pleasant which was nice, topped off my freon (for an extra $40 of course) and clean the leaves out and inspected the unit which was nice. Also educated me on how to hose down and clean the coils so I could save some monies in the future.
The only negative part was I had to do some of the work and assist, which i didn't really have a too much of a problem with but, some might.
