These guys are great. I called on a Thursday and Mark came out on a Friday to replaced my leaky toilet. He charged a reasonable rate and was a very down to earth guy. Would definitely hire them again!

I called to schedule a service and we agreed on a date/time 2 days later. 30 minutes after the agreed time, get a call that the service rep is running late. Okayyyy. Another hour or so later, the rep calls and says last job ""beat him up"" so he suggested coming by to give a firm quote. I told him I was satisfied with the range quote I had but willing to reschedule. So today- less than 10"" prior to the time HE suggested, he called and was unable to bring my address up. I gave it again along with some directions. I know I live 15-20"" from the office where he claimed to be. An hour later, still not here so I left the house. I tried to call office to cancel- no answer. He called my brother at my house and said he ""couldn't locate my street"". Uh- google maps? Call again before over an hour late? We cancelled! I'm flexible but this is ridiculous!

FANTASTIC. I am an Interior Designer from Chicago and I work with handyman companies all the time, and A1 is the BEST I have ever worked with! Super prompt, polite, helpful, efficient. I can't say enough about these guys. When I booked a job in Boise I was worried that I wouldn't have a team I trust and I was so lucky to get the crew from A1! Jeff was super nice on the phone, and his team is about as sweet and professional as they come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jeff is easy to work with. Jeff always returns calls promptly. Scheduling is a breeze. Jeff assembled/installed three ceiling fans. Jeff also extended coax TV cable under the house from one wall to another. Jeff is my go-to guy to get things done, done right, and at a reasonable price! Thank you, Jeff!!

We had a new window installed in our home. Because the window was larger than the old window, we needed wires moved. I called A1 Handyman. They were super friendly and able to get out to my home within the day. I was impressed because they were willing to come out at 7 p.m. to take care of us. I did think it was a tad bit pricey for what needed to be done BUT, like I said, A1 was quick and worked 'after hours'. I would definitely recommend using A1 Handyman

How often do you call a handyman and ""surprise"" no one bothers to return your call? Well, this has not been the case with Jeff. He actually answers his phone and he is always courteous and ready to please.
We had Jeff install a new doggy door in the wall and replace several light fixtures. Everything looks great and my little fur babies love the new door. Great job A1 and we will be giving you our business in the future.

I was so impressed on how fast Jeff was able to come out. I had sheet rock repair and texture done. The work was great and they were fast and clean. The bonus was the great price he charged for the work. I will use Jeff on all my repairs.

I am not a handy guy around the house or for our car. It is something that I readily admit and don't cover up. We all have our strengths and opportunities and this is an opportunity area for me. There exists this brave unknown in regards to handymen to do jobs in and around the house. So with a leap of faith and some review checking on Yelp, I had my father call A1 Handyman for a leaky outdoor facet. With it being a late Friday afternoon, I thought that we'll get a voice mail or an appointment next week. My dad bounced into my office and said that Dino and the team would be here in about 30 mins. Wow. Impressed. Dino and the team came and unfortunately we had to have the guys crawl under the house to diagnose the leaky outdoor facet. We huddled around the facet and discussed the options. I know, most of you are thinking, "" here's where they get you to turn over the wallet "" Nothing is further from the truth. A1 handyman and their guys are more concerned about doing what's right for the best price. We could have decided to fix the pipe under the house, which thanks to the builders 11 years ago is an in a difficult location or we could simply cap it off completely. The price for either was very affordable. We decided to cap the pipe underneath since we use that facet outdoors maybe two or three times a year to fill the kiddie pool for our husky. I would totally recommend A1 handyman for jobs around and outside the house that can't be tackled by yourself. Lastly, Dino and the other guys are polite, professional and there NO issues in regards to their character. I trust these guys in my house and to do work on my house.

I had just moved here from CA and found that our garbage disposal was not functional. I of course came to Yelp to look for a plumber and found A1 Handyman. I called and Jeff was at my house the same day with a new unit. The install was quick and clean and Jeff is a real great guy.

There are no negatives here, just give them a call for all your handyman needs and know you are getting superior service. We will be using A1 for all our needs moving forward. Thank you Jeff!

Totally happy. Had smoke alarm chirping and they came out that night in Meridian to change it for me on our vaulted ceiling! Not expensive and very reasonable. They could have taken advantage of the immediate nature of the situation, but they didn't. THANK YOU SO MUCH, DINO AND JEFF!
