Shawn did a wonderful job. We had a link above the water heater which Shawn was able to determine that the water supply line was the cause of it. Rather than trying to sell us a water heater, Shawn replaced a simple part above the water heater which saved us lots of money. Real honest plumber and service company. I am currently taking care of me elderly grandparents. We had our main drain back up and Diver Dan was called. I called him around 8pm and figured to not hear back from him till the following day. But sure enough ten minutes latter he called. Then even more surprisingly agreed to come out. He showed up promptly and fixed our problem in minutes. Awesome service! I was looking for a technician to help replace a part in my water heater. I spoke with Dave, he was super helpful, he said he could have a technician out at 3:00. I explained I needed someone sooner. Well, to my surprise Dave called and said he would send a technician in 1hr. As promised a technician named Robert was at my door. Robert was knowledgable, professional and friendly. My water heater was repaired in less than 1hr. Have used Diver Dan twice for clearing out my clogged sewer line just outside the house; also for a slow draining kitchen sink. They were quick, on time, very good rates without any hassle or feeling as if you're being taken for a ride. I highly recommend Diver Dan.
