A1 Copper Re-pipe is the ONE I chose for my full copper re-pipe and drains. I am a single woman homeowner and after reading their great Yelp reviews and getting 5 other estimates, Ricardo (owner) came in-person to walk through my property, listen to what I wanted and explained his process. His on-site quote was so reasonable that I hired him on the spot! He did not disappoint! He and his 8 man crew re-piped my entire house is 1 day! The City Inspector was so impressed with the quality of the workmanship that he told me that I was very fortunate to have received such top of the line work. The re-patch crew did a beautiful job also and the walls look like there have never been any holes! Ricardo went above and beyond and even did some extras such as installing my new dishwasher, showerhead and water heater. My initial feeling about him was verified. I am extremely happy with my new plumbing. I now have full water pressure and don't have to wait 20 minutes for my hot water!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ricardo and A1 Copper Re-pipe!!

Ricardo came out within a few hours of my call for an emergency leak repair. He is knowledgeable and fair. Those reviews on here that didn't actually get service from this company made me hesitant to call them for service but I'm glad I did. Of the 3 plumbing companies that I called, A1 was the only one that followed up promptly and I really appreciate it since I know they're busy. I'm so pleased with the service I received that I am looking to have more preventative work done at my home by A1 to prevent additional plumbing emergencies in the future.

I've been trying to fix slight leak from my front yard faucet connected from the main check line so decide to replace with new fittings somehow got some fixed but I had a bigger problem one of the new brass fitting does not hold tight and keeps leaking had to closed n open main line to use the water for 2 days till I somehow got lucky when I looked for certified plumber A1 Copper Repipes pops out called the telephone and more luckier I've talked with Ricardo nice down to earth person I've told him the problem and told me he'll be over within 1-2 hrs and he did I showed him my problem and he started fixing it for less than 15 mins no more water leaking and the best thing about it I asked how much and he says no worry about it and it was first time I've called a company that gives good services n did not charge me for his time ,labor and travel coming to my house in Cerritos more power to your business and more blessings coming to you thank you again Ricardo and absolutely will recommend to others.

The best of the best service team that we didn't experience for a while. John is super responsive and always think of client's convenience. His team did our house repiping in a very professional way, they just treated out house like their own. Ricardo was also very responsible and keep close monitor on the team of each process the whole day during repiping. What gets really appreciated is John also went extra mile coming in early morning helped us replaced a leaking hose for our faucet even a week after their job was done.

Very satisfied with this company's repiping work. Mark came out on Thursday to inspect job, gave me a quote and was able to start the next day. Mark and his crew showed up on time at 8am, immediately got to work. Each crew member worked at a designated section of the house, cleaned up and was finished by 3pm.

Ricardo did a great copper repipe job at my house, and I highly recommend him. He patiently listened to my requirements, correctly diagnosed problems at the house, and explained how he would address them. He even made some great extra suggestions (instant on hot water), and explained all the ins and outs of an outdoor shower which I had him install too.

hello everyone! I relied on some reviews for this project and decided I needed to tell my story so I can help someone out there. my house suffered a slab leak in one of my bathrooms and the water overflowed and reached some of my hardwood floors. my insurance sent some guys to repair the slab leak and was told that I could end up with another leak in a few years since the house was built in 1979 and all the plumbing was done underground. I panicked !! I do not want to go through this ever again, so I decided to look for a different solution, an acquaintance referred me to a person by the name of Ron from Optimal plumbing! ( what disaster it was! he told me he was going to just reroute the pipes and end the problem. he abandoned the job and made me lose invaluable time. then I learned that the best option was to repipe not reroute the house.
I started to look for a licensed, reputable, insured company to do a repiping of my house. what a surprise !! this is a very interesting business, I interviewed about 5 companies, they wildly differ in price from 12,400 to 9K some did not even include the repairs. ( they will make holes in your drywall and stucco )
fortunately for me, I decided to hire A1 copper-repipe. Ricardo and his crew of professionals are beyond amazing!! Ricardo came to my house, inspected the house, and decided on the best way to run the pipes through the attic with minimal stucco or drywall holes. Mike Miller ( a fine young man and one of the best plumber I have ever seen ) came to my house and reconnected the water. now we had running water. the crew of over 6 people came as agreed and started the repiping which was done in ONE DAY! what a relief! Ricardo was at all times available for any questions or concerns we had. they used the best Uponor AquaPex materials, they installed a pressure regulator, a shut-off valve, they even repaired a drainage trap for the same price. the next day another person showed up and fixed and repair any drywall or stucco they had removed. I would highly recommend Ricardo and his crew. they did a great job in my house now I know I won't have this problem again
I hope this experience will help you and all the yelp community.
PS. I read all the reviews before making my decision and was interested in knowing about the kind of bad review 1A Copper -Repiping had and asked Ricardo himself about it and to my surprise he told me had ended up doing that job and the owner was very satisfied for the work he performed and he thinks that the owner writing the bad review probably meant to mention a different company and inadvertently mention Ricardo's company.
