I spoke with Ricardo in a desperate time of need. NO HOT WATER!!! I live in a condo and ""thought"" everything on the outside of my place was covered by the association. But you know how associations go; they are always full of crap. Anyway we found out our gas pipe was cracked and leaking gas near the meter. They shut it off and left it to us to deal with. I called so many different places till I was referred to A1. Shoat out to Jordan for the hook up. These guys were on it. I was so worried I'd be days without hot water, an oven, heat etc. A-1 had a guy out here in less then 24 hours to do the repair at a good price. Great scheduling experience it was super easy. Thanks to all the guys at A1 especially you Ricardo for saving the day!!

The price was reasonable for a whole house copper repipe and for a water filter system. the workers were reliable timely they did a great job they prepared the areas and cleaned up and the whole process from start to finish was quick!

I had a tricky removal and replacement job for a leaky kitchen faucet. The tricky part was that the faucet was secured deep inside the center of a double basin farm sink with a very tight access. I have already had one plumber out to do the job and they gave up when neither the plumber nor his assistant could sufficiently reach the base of the faucet to do the job. They recommended I find a very small plumber to do the job and left.

When I got a referral to Ricardo with A1 Copper Repipes & Plumbing, I told him all about the tight access and sent him pictures and measurements so he knew what he was in for. He listened, examined the pictures, and said it would take a bit of time but it was certainly workable. He quoted me a reasonable price and set up for his plumber, Daniel, to be at my house the next day. Daniel was excellent - very personable, explained everything he was doing and pulled out the right tools to do the job. Daniel also cleaned out and recaulked some leaky spots at the base of the sink, putting clear caulk between the stone and white caulk around the basin, exactly as it should be. That speaks to the level of detail and care Daniel put into his work. When everything was said and done, I think it took a bit longer than even they expected, but they held fast to the original quote they gave me.

I can't expect any more from a plumber - knowledgeable, hard-working, courteous, and completely honest. I will be calling Ricardo and Copper Repipes & Plumbing for any of my plumbing work in the future and recommend them highly to my friends and associates.

A1 Copper Re-pipe is the ONE I chose for my full copper re-pipe and drains. I am a single woman homeowner and after reading their great Yelp reviews and getting 5 other estimates, Ricardo (owner) came in-person to walk through my property, listen to what I wanted and explained his process. His on-site quote was so reasonable that I hired him on the spot! He did not disappoint! He and his 8 man crew re-piped my entire house is 1 day! The City Inspector was so impressed with the quality of the workmanship that he told me that I was very fortunate to have received such top of the line work. The re-patch crew did a beautiful job also and the walls look like there have never been any holes! Ricardo went above and beyond and even did some extras such as installing my new dishwasher, showerhead and water heater. My initial feeling about him was verified. I am extremely happy with my new plumbing. I now have full water pressure and don't have to wait 20 minutes for my hot water!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ricardo and A1 Copper Re-pipe!!

Ricardo came out within a few hours of my call for an emergency leak repair. He is knowledgeable and fair. Those reviews on here that didn't actually get service from this company made me hesitant to call them for service but I'm glad I did. Of the 3 plumbing companies that I called, A1 was the only one that followed up promptly and I really appreciate it since I know they're busy. I'm so pleased with the service I received that I am looking to have more preventative work done at my home by A1 to prevent additional plumbing emergencies in the future.

I've been trying to fix slight leak from my front yard faucet connected from the main check line so decide to replace with new fittings somehow got some fixed but I had a bigger problem one of the new brass fitting does not hold tight and keeps leaking had to closed n open main line to use the water for 2 days till I somehow got lucky when I looked for certified plumber A1 Copper Repipes pops out called the telephone and more luckier I've talked with Ricardo nice down to earth person I've told him the problem and told me he'll be over within 1-2 hrs and he did I showed him my problem and he started fixing it for less than 15 mins no more water leaking and the best thing about it I asked how much and he says no worry about it and it was first time I've called a company that gives good services n did not charge me for his time ,labor and travel coming to my house in Cerritos more power to your business and more blessings coming to you thank you again Ricardo and absolutely will recommend to others.

The best of the best service team that we didn't experience for a while. John is super responsive and always think of client's convenience. His team did our house repiping in a very professional way, they just treated out house like their own. Ricardo was also very responsible and keep close monitor on the team of each process the whole day during repiping. What gets really appreciated is John also went extra mile coming in early morning helped us replaced a leaking hose for our faucet even a week after their job was done.

Very satisfied with this company's repiping work. Mark came out on Thursday to inspect job, gave me a quote and was able to start the next day. Mark and his crew showed up on time at 8am, immediately got to work. Each crew member worked at a designated section of the house, cleaned up and was finished by 3pm.
